This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done.i come here about every 2-3 weeks.i am beyond satisfied. Judy and Ruby are the best.

Went for face waxing and underarms. Added on arms as well. Biggest mistake of my life. Immediately when taken back to the room where the appointment would be completed, I saw the used paper of the last client on the bed along with dirty wax sticks and cloths sprawled across the floor.

The woman, Ruby, had NO clue what she was doing. She started with my underarms and looking back that was probably the best outcome of the day. It took her, 2 hours and 20 min to wax my arms. With the tiny popsicle stick applicators. She had no system whatsoever, starting at my right anterior forearm, jumping to my thumb then my elbow. It took her about 50 min to complete 1/2 of my right arm. Not to mention how many areas she had to re-do or revisit after missing them altogether due to her lack of a system. I was mortified at her technique and efficiency.

She also double dipped the stick back into the wax pot after applying it to my face. I have been getting my body waxed since I was 18 (now 29) so I am very familiar with waxing salons and the normal procedure. Overall, a very poor experience. Will not be returning and encourage you to find a different salon if you are reading this.

Disappointed, they make you spend at least $10 to check out. Bought kohl eye makeup and it was expired and smells terrible which they definitely know about, but they want to get rid of their stock. Of course there is no returns or exchange.

I had the worst experience ever so do not recommend this place at all. I asked for hard wax and one of the workers there (I wont mention her name out of respect to myself) told me that both kind of wax work the same on face as she worked on my face in one area she continued to repeat several times on the same area causing a bad scar on my face which shouldn’t have happened if she was experienced as I was told.when I went back and asked for my money (the scar got worse next day) I was offered a coupon to get a free service I told them that is not acceptable because I will not be coming back after what happened to my face so the manager told me they cannot give me my money and they would have to think about it first so I told her I could sue them that’s when they decided to call me the following day to give me my money back.

I had the worst experience ever! I went there for pedicure appointment which was pre approved and I drove 30 mins to reach there only to know they don’t have all the tools. I thought it’s okay (as my primary requirement was a good foot scrub, exfoliation and dead skin removal) I was told it can be managed and then I was made to dip my foot in cold water which shook me as that’s not the experience you expect in a pedicure. I was also told cold water is as good as hot water! (Well) I wonder why all other people use hot water! I can go on about all that happened after that but I choose not to and just say the overall experience was bad and when I tried talking to the person providing service I was called rude! I had to get up mid way and leave!

I have been going here for 4 years and travel from Apopka just for Asma. I love the quickness and the perfect form my eyebrows are in every time!

We had the best shopping experience here, as we were looking for appropriate clothing for an Indian wedding. The selection is wonderful, the sales people are patient and very knowledgeable. We came away with the perfect attire at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a bit of extra help and attention.

I have been going to Apna Andaaz for a lot of things ranging from shalwars to eyebrows to henna. Throughout my whole experience I would 12/10 recommend Urooj for eyebrows and henna! She does the most amazing job every single time and she is very personable which makes you comfortable throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be going back soon!

I did threading here firvtge 1st time. She did a wonderful job. It's a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Jolly is an absolute angel and makes my eyebrows amazing. Just a little complaint that there's this lady with black hair and glasses who would make comments about your appearance I got mines done from her and she would make comments about my eyebrows being too bushy and how my chin looks like a man chin trying to make you self conscious about urself that you ask for more services from her. I give five stars because Jolly makes me feel at home and goes above and beyond

I had the best facial ever with Ruby. What an amazing massage! I felt very much relaxed (even sleepy) for almost an hour. Definitely recommend Ruby here for facial. She has done an amazing job.

Jolly is did am amazing job and it was my first time doing thr threading, it went smooth and no pain. I am now a loyal customer. I highly recommend her and she has a sweet personality.
