Paying online is ridiculous. Every month you have to put in your account number and pin. It should be away to save that information.

Lynn is absolutely amazing. Everytime I'm in there to pay my bill, she's always so sweet and jumps through hoops to help people; no matter how rude they are. She definitely doesn't deserve these lies that are being posted about her in the other reviews by bad customers.

They never give you the same information from person to person. I called because of irrigation issues and a leak. Two people came out from Apopka and we finally called a professional. The first woman at the utility office I talked to told me to call back after the repairs for an adjustment after revising my account. She made notes but apparently, when I called back, the guy said that I don’t qualify for any adjustment and that what the previous lady said was not their policy. He said he saw the notes in the system but couldn’t see who made the note. He was either lying to me, or Apopka has some pretty antiquated systems. Either way, adjustment or not, no one ever seems to have their story straight there and that’s what’s frustrating. No one was particularly helpful. I remember a time when the office staff used to be so nice and helpful.

Called City of Apopka Water at 11: 30 to report a concern. Got a voicemail from Chris at 1: 43 stating that he was all ready there and was flushing the lines to accommodate my concern. Now that's AWESOME service! Thanks Chris!

I already see numerous reviews in reference to CSR Lynn at this water company, so I should’ve known. Anyways I called today because I recently moved out my house, my bill this month & last month came in very high. While question she took it upon herself to consistently cut me off, as if she is the water expert. Wasn’t even listening to anything I had said. As soon as I asked her may I have a moment to talk, she told me there was a customer there so I would have to wait. I then called back and she answered and said I will have my manager call you. I didn’t think my questions were manager worthy because they where simplistic. I work as a store manager and have manage many in my work years, never would I ever let one of my employees handle a customer who is simply trying to find out where her money is going be treated like this. I’m very disappointed, if I could go with a different water company I would. Horrible horrible service Lynn, you should be ashamed. If a customer can get you this frustrated with a simple call, maybe it’s best you find something new to do. Disgusted.

This is has the most ill-mannered people working there. No customer service whatsoever! I really despise calling them with a question or concern regarding my bill. I do not understand how some people keep their job! They do not even deserve one star: (. Lynn has no customer service whatsoever. She is an awful person over the phone, I cannot imaging at home.
