Outstanding customer service, as you will always be greeted with a warm smile and extraordinary professionalism. Every member of the staff goes out of his or her way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. What a true breathe of fresh air to have a family owned pharmacy especially during this day and age when cooperate pharmacies have taken over just about every corner of dispensing medication to neighboring communities. My loyalty is % to the Apothecary family.

This is one of the very best Pharmacies in Lakewood Ranch. They are very professional, friendly and will answer everything you need to know before you walk out with your medication. I also like the phone reminders.

This is an amazing pharmacy. I got a really bad case of hemorrhoids and all the other pharmacies would just hand me a cream and send me on my way. These people took the time to explain to me how I got them, how to treat them, and how to not get them in the future. They made me a wonderful cream that did the trick in just two days time. I will forever use them as my pharmacy for hemorrhoid cream.

This is the only compound pharmacy in the area. Good customer service - if something is not correct they will re-make for you. They also offer free delivery! They have quality supplement brands they sell

I have use this pharmacy since the day that they opened. Small pharmacy, but not small on service. I’ve had my prescriptions delivered and everything is top rate at this pharmacy. They bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough good words about Apothicare.

I switched all of my husband’s and my prescriptions over to Apothocare, even though they are not conveniently located for us, because they are very good about delivering our meds, and it saves me another errand.

When I was unable to drive, due to broken bones and I needed my pain med quickly, they actually had one of their staff drop it off at our house when the delivery person had already made his (or her) rounds

Their staff is also predictably, helpful and courteous on the phone.

To me Sam makes this place the best, he knowledgeable on everything from the compound medication to the supplements in this pharmacy. I trust his knowledge wouldn’t go anywhere else. I appreciate all the time he will take to help me understand when I ask questions on supplements and my prescriptions.

Could not of asked for better customer service. Raphael and the associates were incredibly kind and helpful. Walgreens has been the worst for myself, family members and friends lately. I will never use Walgreens ever again. Apothicare will now be our family pharmacy. Highly recommend!

My experience with everyone at Apothicare has been wonderful. They are very helpful and there service is amazing.
They send you text reminders for medication refills. They make all natural no dye medication for you and your needs.

This pharmacy definitely goes above and beyond, there is no comparison to the big name chain pharmacies. They answer promptly, sometimes even the pharmacist answers the phone which is unheard of at many pharmacies. The staff is always very kind, they offer free delivery, and make prescription transfers a breeze. I will forever be a client to such a wonderful business!

Reviews are everything when looking for a new service. I mean how much can one say about a pharmacy? I rarely ever write a review unless something is exceptional, either for the better or the worse. I cannot believe that I had never posted a review for Apothicare at Lakewood Ranch! We moved in 2014 from a small town in NC where the local Pharmacist was a neighbor, knew everyone and would go above and beyond to help a neighbor out. The kind of that brought prescriptions and nebulizer to our house when our child was sick on the weekend when they were closed. Fast forward a couple of years after we moved to Lakewood Ranch, I was tired of the big box Publix/Walgreens/Walmart pharmacies long waits and poor customer service. I drove by Apothicare at Lakewood Ranch on what must have been the first week of their "Opening Soon" sign plastered on the outside of their building. Excitedly I looked them up and saw what looked like a hometown pharmacy coming into the plaza near our home. I messaged them and soon got reply from Ed that they too were excited about their opening. Finally the day came for their Grand Opening where we met Ed and Laila and their team. This is the hometown team you want on your side! Fantastic communication and friendly service. Truly one of the great businesses that will work to earn not just your business but your friendship and trust. Always ready to great you with a smile and treat you like family. You can tell they treat people right because their staff does not change. Chelsey and Sam have been there forever and are just as great to work with as Ed and Laila. Give Apothicare at Lakewood Ranch a shot and you will not be disappointed!

My sister raves about you guys. She says you all are so knowledgeable as well as give sound advice. Also you are not pushing pills in anyway but are more so towards healing and not just getting customers. I didnt ask my sister, I thought I'd just ask you straight. Do you have more natural options?

Apothicare is, simply put, the kind of pharmacy that all others should strive to be. Their customer service is exceptional: they call me when my medications are due for renewal to see if I need them; they are patient and attentive to my multitude of questions; they’re able to include OTC meds with my (free) prescription deliveries; and they keep in contact with my doctor to create medications that help me more than anything on the market. The little boutique-like store is well-stocked and immaculately clean. And for people like me who cannot always make the drive, their free delivery is a tremendous blessing. They take my insurance and the pharmaceutical coupons I have without hesitation. They also keep me up to date regarding any delays. I appreciate their service and support so much, and highly recommend them, particularly to anyone with polypharmacy needs.
