Had a terrible experience here. No one could help me eventhough I had purchased a macbook pro more than 5 hours prior to doing an express pickup. Called the number given to me and no one knew why my order was being " under review" although it was paid in full with my debit card. Went to buy it at best buy instead.

For sure the worse Apple store in Florida. They don’t follow any of the procedure instruction for pick up at store in my case. The either take responsibility for their mistakes. The costumer service is non existing. The main branch do the same. They can solve the issue nor investigate. They “lost” my items for almost 4K value without more explanation that: someone came with “an” id and pick up the order. 26 hours before the appointment. The refuse to file a claim with the police and refuse to block the iPhones too. Maybe someone in the store was involved? Be careful, no one will help you.

Horrible experience! Went to exchange the phone due to manufacturing defect on the screen. It took 3 hours to get it fix. I will avoid that place as a plague

I went to buy a computer and Angie who was the one supposed to help me didn’t help at all, rude! Bad customer service!

I have to commend the staff here. The service is top notch whenever you go. Everyone is polite and always eager to help and provide quality service. From being in the store what I also noticed is that Apple embraces the uniqueness of each employee and that is quite commendable. I’m happy to see such diversity among the staff.

Great service. While others did help the multiple times I visited the store, Kenny was the most memorable. Love his energy! All in all, Keep up the good work guys!

The Apple store here is new and massive. It’s a beautiful store in a beautiful location. It’s right next to the metro station. The mall is partially open so if it’s extremely hot or raining this may not be the best mall for a visit. The stores are cold so you may be bouncing from
Store to store on a hot day. Again this is a new Apple location and just gorgeous with plenty of staff waiting to help. It seems much less busy then other Apple stores in the area

Very bad customer service experience the manager literally told the lady taking care of me to go somewhere else and left me alone for 20min I finally left because no one was caring. Not an Apple store.

I went to buy a MacBook Air. They guy who "helped" me was passive aggressive, he was contemptuous and unhelpful. He stood across the table and refused to show me any features on the laptop. I was actually afraid of him. Terrible service unlike Dadeland and South Beach. I will never go back to the City Center Apple Store.

I’m not the most tech-savvy grandma in the world, so I had my son take me to the Apple store. It was packed, but we were still helped fairly quickly. The young man who helped us (Dan, I believe) was professional and patient with me. I’m writing this review on my new iPad.:)

Excelente Apple Store. Located in a really nice mall in Miami they Apple store is like every time a nice place to shop. Also the free WiFi in the Apple stores is for tourist like me excellent. Real nice and helpful staff. They support me a lot and helped me even with my stupid questions. Also the girl who helped me spoke fluent Spanish which is very good. Also they tried a lot to fix my really rare problem with mi calendar synchronization. Great guys their! Buy here!

What a horrible service, i went in because my macbook air wouldn't charge or turn on.they "opened it up" and told me there was corrosion on it because of water.that's impossible because i've never spilled anything on it.they showed me a picture of it and told me it was $475 to fix it.i left and went to the dadeland mall apple store, they told me they didn't find anything physically wrong with it and sent it out to fix for much less.avoid this store if you can, they'll scam you.

The reps couldn’t figure how to unlock my frozen iPhone X spent an hour there n didn’t nothing but sent me home with a phone that didn’t work my partner fix n unlocked my phone in 20 mins just by taking the SIM card out. I’m beyond furious with

I stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told that I need to find another representative to actually make a purchase. Get some actual registers and/or train your staff to take care of paying customers and not just those that scheduling appointments/asking for Apple product help.

Apple is made for rich people. I will not be giving them my money anymore. I have had a MacBook Air for 2 years and the keyboard is malfunctioning (through no fault of my own.) And the company will not fix it. So basically I am out a thousand dollars because of their poorly built machine. I will be buying a surface when I get the money.
