20After an appointment, I still waited 20 mins. It's like a zoo in there. To really provide how Apple are. I now want to return the half sized SE (only Apple would chop a phone in half and bezel another half), to cut the price in half. To return, you have to go back to the store. How prehistoric and unhelpful, as I can't get to a store easily as usual. Going to buy a nice Samsung on Amazon as is my MO. Teach me to go in to a store. Now I can concentrate on using Chromecasts over mac's in business and promote that practice to others especially big clients. Bitter immature over reaction? , you betcha. I feel like Jobs, Gates and Ellison right now, ha ha.
As with most people on this review page so far the security team out front is very unfriendly and treats everyone poorly. I got to store at 11AM when they opened on a Sunday and asked if I could just wait to see if they had room for me and if not I would leave as I had no appointment and understood that you needed one but was willing to wait a bit to see if morning was slow enough for me to get in. Standing out front with 0 other customers just about 6 security guards getting told I can’t wait to see if they are not busy. I ask for manager and got told no I can’t talk to a manager so I told him I am going to call the store and the security guard went inside and come back out about 5 mins later and told me I could wait in the line and they would assist me. Total disconnect from Apple Store to Security team hired. I was very reasonable and understanding that if they started to get busy I would not be seen and just wanted to wait around for about 20 mins to see if they were able to slide me in which they did because guess what they were not busy yet. Security team is very bad please at least staff an Apple employee outside with them
Tim at the Apple Store was awesome! I’ve owned iPhones for the past 10 years and this was the first time I needed help with my phone. Tim resolved my issue quickly and I was on my way.
Waited 30 mins in line for a pick-up. The actual pick-up interaction was 5-7 mins so fairly efficient, which would attriy the extended wait time to low staffing.
Busy place great deals.recomend just be patient and shop around. Before final purchase. Deal are there for same product just shop around Frist
Horror! 6 security guards at the door. They look/act like X-criminals or Prison Guards. Standing in line waiting to go inside and guard grabbed my upper arm touching my breast and pushed me to stand on the circle. I was so scared wanted to leave. Started to walk away and guard angry told me "stay in line! " After inside, another angry guard standing in doorway flexing his muscles looking at us while we inside like he going to kill us or lock us inside. NEVER going back to Apple Store.
Went to try and see if my apple watch could be fixed at this store. The sign in front of the store said to go to a website and follow the directions to make an appointment. I was in the process of doing so when Apple Security very rudely asked if we had an appointment, when we said we were making one, we were literally kicked out of line. Apple Security pointed at the sign at a number we could call instead. When I told him that the sign doesn’t say reservations only, he was not having it. I understand the need for an appointment, but the way the sign worded it and the way this was handled was completely unprofessional.
Our experience at this apple store was excellent. My husband had an issue with his Beats (and we will subsequently be writing them a less enthusiastic review) and was kept on hold for long periods of time and being transferred to all kinds of people that claimed they couldn't help. All he wanted was Beats (which cost $300) in the color he purchased, rather than the black color that they send everybody who sends their headphones in for 'repair' (keep in mind these were new out of the box, but one side didn't work). We went to Apple, not expecting them to be able to do anything, but hoping they could communicate with someone a little higher up. At first, they couldn't. They had him call beats and try again. He was on hold, being transferred again, and was on the phone for over an hour. Patty, who was by our side the whole time, went through hoops to help us out and eventually her and her manager were able to figure out a solution. Patty was honestly incredible and we are grateful for the help, patience, and understanding they had for our situation. When you pay that much for a product, it should at least be the right color!
As always the Apple stores maintain a clean open product tailored environment. The staff were helpful and nice.
It's an Apple store and that means constantly crowded. I have received good service here and have made purchases as well as been in for repairs. Make reservations for repairs if you don't want to wait all day though. After my last experience buying a non Apple product online, I wish I could have afforded to come here and buy Apple again. At least I can deal with a real human living and working in this country who speaks good English.
BAD!
Purchased headphones which were defective. Had to wait an hour. One guru checked and confirmed that they are detective. Another 45 min and another "guru" came and placed my headphones in his ears and continued to help others with MY headphones in HIS ears for 10 min
What a waste of time Apple
Way too many workers now! They stand in your way. And they are just socializing and playing their music. Very unprofessional.
Apple is known for being slow and making you wait, however this store takes the cake. With an appointment i found myself still waiting 30 minutes.

Went here to buy two new Apple watches. The store was packed, but I was greeted within seconds of walking into the store. The associates that helped me out were phenomenal. They were very informative and didn’t try to sell me on every upgrade there is! Perfect experience.
Not good, no help, they just want the money, they dont care about the people or the well being of the phone, i was waited 3 hours just for them to charge me so much for such a small problem.
All Apple stores are awesome, this one is really great but is constantly crowded, which is to be expected.
I went to purchase the new iPhone and some accessories I have to make a line to register in order to buy the phone a lot of staff talking to each other doing nothing and I wait for like an hour when finally somebody was helping me they wouldn't believe that I was going to purchase the iPhone X and iphone 8 two wireless chargers and I was paying cash it took three people to count the money

It’s your regular Apple store but staff here is kinda helpful so it’s was overall a positive experience visiting this store
Awesome visit.staff was extremely helpful and zach helped me with my damaged iphone x.will definitely go back to this location if i ever have another issue with any of my apple products.
