Apple International Plaza reviews
16It's the holidays, so it was super busy. Got some food at the food court. Clean environment. Overall good.
If you like organized chaos cramped in like sardines. This is your place. Had an appointment set for 2: 20 and did not get to see anyone until 3: 10.
People were nice.but the wait was almost unbearable.
The employees were excellent. I gave the store three stars because I felt that it was way to crowded during Covid and customers without appointments kept interrupting, causing my visit to be prolonged.
Not a good experience. I had an appointment to buy 2 iphones. Clerk said we have no phones here. I had to go home to buy phones on line. I tried to get help at the store to reset my password but clerk said
"I never heard of that". Total waste of time. He did not want to help me. Stay out of that store.
Dane at the store was nothing but awesome and attentive towards me! Keep up the good work!
Store is poorly managed, multiple employees roaming mindlessly around store. Managers seamed extremely over whelmed with minimal amount of customers. Disappointed to say the least.
Very crowded but the specialist are there to help you and each person that has helped me there are nice
Came in to have the glass (screen) on my iphone 10 replaced.
Asked them to NOT update my phone (don't need their tracking & other updates that slow down my phone). Not only did they take over 3 hours, but after they agreed, they DID IT ANYWAY. Do not trust them to work on your tech or honor your requests.
The first representative they assigned to me was very unprofessional & rude (short Hispanic girl brown hair heart tattoo on her finger) complained to her manager abt assisting me w/ replacing my iPhone (it’s a very simple process that only takes 10 mins) THEN was assigned a different staff member to assist me (white blonde girl w/ black glasses) the 2nd staff member assigned to me was very friendly & willing to assist me & I’m grateful for her help. 3/10 I will never go back to this store, I’d rather lay in the street.
This "Fancy" mall is very crowded. All the stores are the High end Brands. So don't expect to find any Bargains. You better dress up to shop. Very busy on the weekends! High end shopping at it's finest!
Dane is the best super helpful he explained everything great walked us through everything thank you
Store is in Florida. They won’t let you in without a mask. This is the only store I’ve been in lately that’s turned me away for my choice. If you don’t wear a mask, don’t spend your money here
This place is great. So many staff and they are INTERESTED in you and helping you out. I have had to go there three times now to get my issue fixed and it has been totally cool and easy to get seen. I recommend this specific store.
I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me since I was just anxious to get out of there lol but she was very helpful and the process was smooth. Went in thinking my right airpod was defective and turns out both were after a frequency test. Both got replaced and I was on my way. I didn’t say it when I was there but I appreciate all the help I was given, how smooth the process was and the complete honesty. Thanks guys
Apple still can’t figure out how to handle product release. They want people apart which is great but when you have over 100 people in line and their priority is having over 50% of the workforce walking around and mingling instead of focusing of delivering the product is annoying. Had a 9am appointment and got there early not to be seen until 10am.
I was there on launch day. 10th in line arriving at 5am. Was one of the first persons in. I was assigned to Steven. I could not have had a worse experience. He was disinterested in helping, he was pushy, rude, disrespectful and lied. I spoke with a superior who was the same. Ultimately the store manager got involved who had to resolve everything. Still, it was not smooth, uncomplicated or without significant problems to the point I drove 4 hours round trip to Orlando for purchase and resolve. The Apple Store at Millenia Mall was the epitome of the Apple experience and should be “the” example for every part of the Apple company, employees and management. The experience was absolutely unacceptable, and traumatic on a personal level. Intervention is needed from the highest levels.
