If I could give Apple Roofing 100 stars I would! The roof on my parents house was severely damaged from Hurricane Ian. Adam, our Apple Roofing consultant was amazing. In just a couple days after the storm, Adam had a team from Apple Roofing tarp the house to protect it from further damage. Soon after they met with our insurance company, got the estimate approved and very quickly Apple Roofing had a new roof installed. Every homeowner in the greater Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area can trust Apple Roofing with all their roof replacement needs. They are PROS!

Apple roofing steals and lies to both customers and employees. Dont trust these thieves please go to any other company.

I needed a new roof after suffering roof damage from Hurricane Ian on my house in Florida in 2022. I started working with another company that talked to me about getting a Worthouse metal roof, which I really wanted to upgrade to. The company dragged their feet and hesitated to provide me with a total cost for the roof and when they finally did it was much more then I was originally told. I had not yet signed a contract with them so I called the manufacturer of Worthouse roofing and they suggested I try Apple roofing for the installation of this type of metal roof.
I called Apple roofing and spoke with their manager Ethan Weatherman. Ethan was extremely professional and responsive and took the time to thoroughly go over my insurance claim. He went out to my house the next day and gave me the most competitive estimate I could have imagined. It was $16,000 lower then the original price I was quoted from the other company I had begun working with. Ethan provided the estimate in writing and took the time to explain that I would also receive money from my insurance company for depreciation based on my policy. The roofing project was started on time (even earlier then originally stated) and during the project I got wonderful drone footage videos and photos of the work. The project was competed within a week. Ethan also took the time to submit the necessary paperwork on my behalf to my insurance company to ensure I received a check for the depreciation which he pointed out my policy covered.
I could not be happier with this company and with the quality of service I received from their manager Ethan Wetherman. I attached photos of my house after completion with the Worthouse metal roof. This is a beautiful roof and a great company with trustworthy and professional employees who are upfront and honest and not looking to overcharge you.

After having my roof installed by their team, I encountered multiple issues, most notably a persistent leak that has caused significant damage to my property. Despite numerous promises to rectify the situation, Apple Roofing has failed to take any action or provide a satisfactory resolution.

From the beginning, the local office and the main office seemed attentive and responsive to my concerns. However, it quickly became evident that their promises were empty words, as they consistently failed to follow through on their commitments. I have reached out to them multiple times, providing detailed information about the leaking issue and the resulting damages. Unfortunately, each time I contacted them, I received nothing more than empty assurances that the problem would be addressed promptly.

The lack of follow-up and failure to honor promises is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a lack of respect and concern for customers. It is unacceptable that Apple Roofing has taken no action to fix the problems they caused during the installation process. As a homeowner, I expected a certain level of quality and accountability, which Apple Roofing has utterly failed to deliver.

Given the circumstances, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Apple Roofing. Their lack of follow-up and failure to address issues post-installation reflect a disregard for customer satisfaction. A roofing company that cannot stand behind its work and fails to fulfill its promises is not one that can be trusted to provide reliable and dependable services.

I regret choosing Apple Roofing and sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services. Look elsewhere for a reputable roofing company that values customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for their work.

Andrew Rodgers did a great job and was very professional in fighting through the insurance traps.

I believe i had one of the best salesman Ethen Weatherman on my side. Ethen was very understanding to my situation and did his very best. He was on the job site when needed to be and always communicated in a timely manner. (5 minutes) Apple Roofing did a great job.

Ian. Holes. Adjusters. 4 Tarps improperly placed by my insurance company’s intermediary. I was finally told to “find my own contractor if you’re unhappy with what we’ve done so far”. Why thank you, don’t mind if I do. I found Apple and am SO glad I did. These people treated us like you would treat family. They even came out on a Sunday because they realized the initial coverage attempt wasn’t up to par. Doesn’t sound like much to you? A couple of things to note: 1. My roof is black. 2. It was mid afternoon in 90 degree weather. 3. This was a tarp only agreement. They didn’t (and still don’t, unfortunately) have my roofing contract as I signed with someone only days before (adjuster’s results be darned -we can’t wait any longer. It’s hurricane season, ya know? !) Best I can do for these guys is give them a great review. If my contract falls through, I am calling Apple. You should too!:)

Great company did an amazing job went with 200 mph Worthouse and estimate was at great value.

From the tear down to the final inspection upon completion we were provided with exceptional customer service, continuous communication, superior workmanship, punctuality, respect for us and our property, and also provided us with an outstanding product! They showed up a week early and the team of workers tore into the project and worked hard all day long, every day until the roof was done! We can't say thank you enough to them all for showing what a great company Apple Roofing really is and how happy we are with our new roof!

I recently received a quote from this roofing company for a project that I needed done on my home. While I was initially interested in working with them, I ultimately decided not to because of their pricing.

Their quote was significantly higher than the other quotes I received from other reputable roofing companies in the area. When I asked them about the discrepancy, they did not provide a satisfactory explanation for why their price was so much higher.

Wow! We own a rental out of state (live in Kansas have rental in SW Florida) and needed the roof to be replaced from a distance. Nick Greer responded to my Facebook post and has been fabulous to work with! He coordinated the job with my local property manager and made everyone feel comfortable with the work. He was on site, provided lots of photos and follow up emails and phone calls to put my mind at ease even though I was never on site! His crew did a great job with clean up as well. It is a great relief to work with a real professional that we could trust. I was even able to pay using my credit card online- a definite plus compared to other contractors. I would use again!

Ian took my roof. Apple Roofing built me a new one. I upgraded to metal (paid the difference myself). Daniel Shindler was great. There were challenges and hiccups, but Dan was communicative and professional the whole time. Can’t find someone to help you? Call these guys!

I was first surprised when Anthony arrived at 3: 30, which was the time he committed to. He was professional and conducted a thorough inspection. He was honest in reporting his findings. This is a company of integrity.

Matthew O'Brien has been fantastic. He helped us get our roof tarped, repaired, and gutters put back on after hurricane Ian. Completely honest at all times and never pressured us. Most impressive was the way he dealt with our insurance company. I highly recommend Matt and Apple Roofing.
