Worst experience ever, for a simple frozen iPhone which just needed to get connected to a computer or laptop in order to get fixed, they wanted me to set up an appointment more than 1 week later for that, for a phone I can't live without for more than 2 hours. Smh

This people who manage appoinment do not have any respect for the time of the customers and the organization to take care of the customer is really bad. Very few people working for many customer waiting on the line

The security at the door was extremely rude. Not how you speak to customers. They need to understand, it’s not comfortable for customers to be waiting in a line either so they need extra amount of manners. Very poor management this store has.

Quick, easy and efficient. I was not able to make an appointment for my return. But went early right at opening and was able to be seen with. Thanks! Employees were very friendly and clean store.

Mall was empty.many stores closed.looks like it soon will be closed.too many shop online and with pandemic, malls may be a thing of the past.

I will say this before the covid I never had any problems the employees are attentive and well trained I will admit that but after a few weeks of being open they started to say no walk ins I said what I have to make an appointment just to replace something that’s unacceptable by apple to implement such rules there over blowing this thing you can allow walk ins an still sanitize also if you have a mask someone is holding a cheap medical mask an tells you you have to put this cheap 1 dollar mask which doesn’t nothing different from your mask to come in i have a full face covering an he said put on a cheap medical mask with a space in it because it’s a medical mask the cheap blue ones out a pack which is not that serious to implement as a mandatory thing there going overboard with this stuff

Apple phone insurance for lost or stolen. You might as well jump off a bridge if you think your going to get a replacement in the same month. GOOD LUCK.buy insurance from your provider. Verizon or whoever.save your self time and hassle

Terrible service! The staff were absolutely ignorant, we had to wait for 20 minutes although we had an appointment, then the staff couldn't find the product that I bought online, and they did not even acknowledged that we stand there for an hour so they can figure out basics!

The absolute best standing-in line while being patronized experience you'll ever have. I believe they also fix and sell computers but there's no evidence to support that.

DO NOT TRUST FLORIDIANS!

Do not use this store! Many of the employees will steal your data. Pictures, passwords, names, everything is for sale in SoFlo. Most are also INCOMPETENT and will cost you thousands of dollars instead of doing their very very simple job. Floridian motto "Fake it 'till you make it" <- FEAR THIS. Wait until you get back to you State.

Had an issue that could've easily been avoided yet it for some reason still happened, but the manager handled everything in the best fashion possible. Thankyou Ft. Laudi Apple, you will for sure be my go to store from now on.

Bad service. They holding their personal conversation out in the open while your hoping to be assisted. I didnt accomplish anything today.

Feel sorry for coming to this store.
I came in at 7: 45 because my Iphone is giving problems to the point i cant use it anymore.
The guy at the front sad they are not taking walks in at this hour. I asked to speak with the manager and i waited around 10 min and no manager came.the manager was busy having fun with the other employers.thats the service i get for owning 7 apple devices.

Had a kid name Marcus help us. He was very knowledgeable. The manager also came over and introduced himself. What a well organized and professional store. It's my new favorite apple store.

Second time they have gone well over their wait. There is zero reason to spend 3 to 4 hours in this place.

Its Apple, great products which are expensive but stand the test of time with proper care. Attendants are knowledgeable and efficient. Just know that visits to Apple are rarely 10 minute engagements.

Terrible experience. I was just pick pocketed here at the store! Horrible! Waiting for a manager now!
