Service was great, greeted and helped rather quickly meaning I was in and out in 20 mins. Wide range of products with great stock.

Order paid in full I was late due to working in retail. But store still had shopper and doors open yet the SECURITY at the door said we are closed. I was adding a second monitor after already spending15k on a system and that’s the service I get. Never again Apple UTC! Scan a bar code hand a package done. I will post again, because I am sure based on there rating, no one will call to oppoligize.

I waited forever just to get in for a tech consultation. They ignored me! No one helped me for 30+ minutes. Terrible service. They didn't even have a replacement in stock! Why did i even go!

My grandson likes to walk around in the mall. Not a big fan of the Edison Mall in Fort Myers. It takes just over an hour to get to Sarasota from my house so we decided to go to UTC. After living in LA, it's nice to go to mall like what we're used to. UTC is bright and clean whereas Edison Mall is dark and uninviting.

Very nice and very helpful! Battery had to be ordered because of supply issue but explained everything and hard to blame Apple with the problems created the last two years!

Great phones, but all features seems to be years behind Samsung. But Apple fans will buy whatever they present. As long as presentation sounds nice.

The worst experience with Apple we’ve ever had. The employees who work here are so extremely rude, as if they’re doing you a huge favor just speaking to you. Super unhelpful and a poor reflection of the company as a whole.

Had a wonderful experience in this store. Had to take my mothers iPhone, iPad and watch for assistance. We did have an appointment, the staff checked in with us to let us know we were next. The short version, they took great care with my mother, resetting her passwords and resetting her equipment so she can use them again! And, yes I’m the one who wrote them down this time so we won’t have to do this again! Great job you guys, you are greatly appreciated!

Service here has really gone down hill. The iPhone continue to have software issues as the apps constantly refresh when switching to another and back. I’ve read multiple people having the same issues yet when asked the staff done offer a look just a, “delete everything and restart the phone restoring from backup. ” Then silence. So you can’t look at it, you can’t have a technician discuss with me the issue, just reboot the entire system that entails deleting everything and pulling from iCloud? When I pursued I got a, “Have you considered contacting customer support? ”
…. I thought you’re supposed to be support? Lol

I came here for a solution for my broken phone and while being helped by a “man” named LORNE, he was disrespectful. His customer service was terrible. He refused to help me and had the manager come and speak with me. When the manager Shay came over, she is awesome. She would be the only reason why I would go back. I give her 5 stars. But Lorne you get none.

Drove 30 miles to make a purchase. Knew exactly what I wanted. When I got to store at approximately 1: 30 PM and I finally found an employee would talk to me, I was told I had to have and appointment and the soonest available was 4: 30 PM. There were no less than 6 employees just hanging around doing nothing. I said I would just go across the street to Best Buy and get what I needed that this was ridiculous. Employee said "OK" which made me madder. I have spent thousands of dollars in the Apple Store but never again. I'm sure that somehow they will blame it on Covid. I understand the appointments for the Genius Bar but to purchase an item? Made my last trip to the Apple store!

I have tons of apple products but thought that the staff at UTC on Sarasota were terrible.
1. Rep wasn’t over Covid and wearing a mask!
2 shuffled me around to various people
3 Genius Bar didn’t know the product at all!
4 slipped in Apple care without asking
5 saw me pay with Apple iPhone but didn’t even suggest my Apple Mastercard so I would get a rebate.
6 had to be told twice to add a USB C plug when I didn’t even need one!
Not like APPLE used to be. SAD

We came to get batteries for our phones. The lady told us it would be about an hour, so we waited.
After waiting an hour and a half we were told it was best to make an appointment. Why didnt she tell me that to start with? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Idc what the other reviews say. Apple is in high demand and it’s the only store around, I drive 45 minutes to get there. I expect it to be packed. I’ve bought 2 iPhone 13 pro max and 1 iPhone 11 Pro Max a couple years back. Never had a problem any time, I honestly walk right passed people waiting bc I know what I want and have the cash in hand so I’m in and out.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had when I went for assistance in setting up my new laptop! Louis was rude and don’t care about the customer at all. He said they were too busy yet when I walked away from the line stood a chatted with another employee for at least 5 minutes (when I finally stopped watching and left). This lack of respect for the consumer says a lot about how this store is managed. Since I then went to the Tampa store and had a positive experience
