Applebee's Grill + Bar, Kissimmee FL

They didn't have any draf beer on a sunday around 12: 00M try to explain to the manager
about the lunch menu he had a terrible attitude. Will not go back and do not recommend. The counter was sticky probably needed to be clean. The corp should close this place. It doesn't meet any
standard.

If you want to be treated like a king, Elizabeth should be your server! Amazing service, food is great!

Excellent food and service. I been coming here for 10 years. Elizabeth is amazing and the only waiter I ask for.

We ordered dinner from the hospital we work at. First order was missing 1/2 of the order. Called and spoke to manager and was told to report it to Ubereats. Reordered so we all could have dinner and again order missing items

Car side to Go is the worst at this location! They say that your order will be ready at a certain time and you still have to wait for a long time. They said that it was going to be ready at 6: 41 but they did not bring it until 7: 11 and with an attitude. During the wait I tried calling but they answered and said they couldn't hear me well so they put me on hold and then hung up, twice! Calling the area manager now Rodney Campbell, let's see what he will say. I will keep posting updates.

Ordered curbside, order was ready to be picked up at 8: 15. My order was also to be delivered to my car. It’s now 8: 32 and I’m in side as I’m writing this review still waiting to even be addressed. Are these servers too good to do their own job?

The people were nice and attentive; however, my wife and I ordered the samon hers had a decent size two inches wide, as for mine it was as thin as my middle finger and discombobulated from over cooking. At this time I'm still in the restaurant and refused to receive any other meal. Poor quality and quantity food. I will never return to this restaurant. Wish I could have uploaded the picture. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. I should have gone to Dennys. 4 miles up the road. It's been renovated with better quality and portion food.cisipi

The hostess was kind of rude, we waited to be seated and she basically told us we could sit anywhere and when we did she came over and said it was reserved.but out waiter was awesome and the food was good and hot!

Would never come back. Place is super filthy. Floors have stuff everywhere, looks like they do not clean at night. Restrooms are disgusting, had to clean it myself to use it. We waited 10 minutes at the host stand, waited another 10 minutes at our table to be greeted, our food was completely wrong. Pasta didn’t come out with the bread, steak was over cooked sent it right back. Manager was completely clueless he even said this restaurant is messed up and has a long way to go. Still had pay 42.00 for two plates. This place needs to be shutdown ASAP

Food was good, service was fair, new bartender and got busy, which I attribute to the 3 stars, was there before and things where much better, like Applebee's, so will give this one another try

Always great service, food comes out great! And bartenders dont cheap you out on drinks, great pours. Love going to this location for their service.

Servers were very inatentive waited an hour for an appetizer. Waited for our server to pass us 5 times over the course of an hour to look at us or even ask if we wanted water refilled before requesting a manager. Afterwards said server came over and gave excuses not an apology for the lack of service. Which was also a bold face lie. Just overall terrible experience and will never be back there again

Usually don't like this location despite the ravaging club scene-like on Friday night butt the waitress definatly earned her tip. Good job

Their 2 for $20 can't be beat. You get an appetizer and 2 entrees plus they offer a 2 for $25 that has steak and shrimp.who doesn't love that? Our server. Paula.was amazing and friendly.she was so helpful in making sure we customized our meals to our liking. The restaurant was clean.the food came out fast and hot. It was a great economical date night for me and hubby.

We ordered a few appetizers and one meal, one appetizer came out wrong and another didn't come out till we were almost done. We were there over an hour and a half. Barely saw our waitress, never refilled our our drinks.

They needed more servers. We waited way too long and still didn't get what was asked for. At least the kids liked their food. The server seemed nice, but she had too much on her plate. We only went because the kids wanted to go, but we won't be back.

Applebee's in Orlando.way over priced on drinks & appetizers. That's all we did. Kind service, clean bathrooms.

Great atmosphere, service was very fast and friendly, will be going back again. A must if you want good food and lively surroundings.

Osceola parkway delivery via ubereats desulted in a couple trip to to the ED to trsar food poisoning.add to the pain of worshipping the porcelain good I HAD TO PAIN FOR IT DANG where's the lubricant

I had not been to an Applebee's in years. We wanted to grab a quick meal before heading to MCO. The service and sandwich were good.
