I love the oriental chicken salad! Ok so we usually get the carside pick up order and they are pretty good about not making us wait too long. They get the order right. Great deals like 2 for $26 or the irresti-bowls.

Terrible experience at lunch today. It took almost an hour to get our food. Our grandson’s came out even latter. Speaking with manager accomplished nothing. We are in dire times. We are at a sad time in America.

The service is great but the food needs work.
The steak was too tough to eat and the pasta had no taste. It's my second time to eat here.
I won't go again. The food is boring.
But it looks like a fun place to party.

They aim to please. Attentive staff, great food, cooked to order, nice size portions and consistently great taste. An overall dining experience, I'm never disappointed in.

The service was excellent. The food was very good, the sirloin was a little bit over cooked. We asked for a medium cooked steak and it was well done but it tasted very good. The Margaritas were very good and the dessert was great (lava cake with ice cream).

I took my family out for dinner tonight at Applebee's Wesley chapel. We were seated quickly. Got to the table sat 15 min before our server introduced herself. To be fair they had her running across the restaurant to other tables. I had ordered a spooky drink draculas blood. It sat on the bar for 15 minutes before my wife and I walked up to the bar. The bartender was awesome and offered right away to make a fresh one. Got back to the table. 20 minutes go by still no server. Youngest is hungry and getting impatient finally service. Got the bread sticks with Alfredo dipping sauce was very fresh and awesome, chicken wonton tacos had no flavor at all and was not worth the money spent, mozzarella sticks were super cheesy and fresh.for the main courses. One oriental chicken salad was very good and greens were fresh, dressing was all at bottom but all good. 4 cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. Chicken breading was over done and crunchy and not a ay. Chicken was moist inside. The pasta dish was not full of flavor and was super disappointed. A chicken tender platter was gotten. Again breading was super crunchy moist inside with french fries. French fries were hard no flavor at all not even potato flavor. Cheese burger looked really good but meat was super dry but had fresh veggies on it. 8oz steak sirloin medium rare was right on point and flavored right. Mashed potatoes and broccoli. Mashed potatoes bad no flavor and dry like eating cotton balls and broccoli was very hard I thought it was supposed to be steamed. Overall I would say we will not be going back to this one. Applebee's has been a good eatery, one of our favorite Resturants. When they offered a free meal for Veterans on Veterans Day I Couldn't resist. We stopped by about 2: 00 p.m. I had their 6 ounce Sirloin cooked to perfection (they seldom miss). Service was great as allways, even being packed with Veterans. And they were packed, we had a 15 minute wait for a table. Good food, great service.

We started out to go to Chili’s, but it was a 10 minute wait, because we were told that they only had 2 Servers on. So the place wasn’t even close to being busy. So we went across the lot to Applebee’s. We were sat, served immediately. There was no wait. They were prepared for a lunch business. We had the 2/$20.00 deal. The Service was above and beyond what we expected and she had a shadow trainee with her. She had a great attitude and bubbly personality as well as her shadow trainee. We did informed them of the possibility of more people coming from Chili’s. Which indeed happened shortly after our arrival. But again they were ready for the rush. The food was hot and delicious. And we enjoyed our lunch. We will be going back.

HORRIBLE FOOD ORDERED THE CHICKEN WITH SHRIMP HURT MY STOMACH ALL NIGHT EVEN MY GIRLFRIEND SALMON SAID IT MESSSED HER DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. $56 BUCKS WASTED. GO TO A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!

I'm a fan of Applebee's but didn't have a great experience here. The host was inattentive, the entrée I ordered was incomplete and the manager on duty was nonchalant about making a substitution. Food was good though.

Even though there are a bar, music and TVs, the atmosphere is pleasant and great for a dinner date. Ordered a flamingo crush and patron on rocks, Mac n cheese with pepper-honey chicken tenders and grilled shrimp, chicken and mashed potatoes for 2 for $30. Everything was amazing, tastes great and looks great.

Applebees is good food at a decent price. As long as you are going during a time when there are specials, like 1/2 price appetizers, you are going to get a great deal. The food last night was SO GOOD, and the service was fast too. Our server was also honest about some dishes to avoid, so that was really nice. Overall this was a great experience, and I do highly recommend this place as long as you are going during promotions, like I said. Just going here during other times isn't a great value, hence only giving 4 stars.

I went to this location to celebrate after a game for my cousin and the service was horrible we waited over 30 minutes before even receiving our drinks and then our food was not cooked they served us chicken wontons with cold raw meat. We were not given any utensils and our server seemed to not care at all. There was another family who also waited over an hour before even receiving drinks. We then spoke to the manager Elaine who was not helpful at all. She was in the back the whole time and had no floor awareness she took $5 off our bill and then gave us a to go order that was wrong and looked horrible. I will never be going back to this location and Apple bees should consider getting better management. I did not feel like she even cared and basically brushed us off and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what was going on. David was our server and also did not seem to care at all. I understand being busy but talk to us and communicate with us so we don’t feel like we are spending our hard earned money on terrible food and service.

We been ordering from this place and no matter who you speak to there they can't get your orders right. Then if course since it's uber u to call them. For refund and we shouldn't have too. This is many times same problem manager is no help at all

This is a nice grill and bar. They have wonderful drinks, the strawberry and coconut margarita is delicious. The staff is nice and it seems safe and clean. Their entrees are very big so you better be hungry when you eat here, the appetizer s are big also.

I must say the quality of their food has definitely decreased. I used to love eating here but not so much anymore. I will say I do think they still have the best french onion soup.

Food was good, could have used more seasoning, but over all not bad. A tad expensive for what was ordered for 2 people. Staff was polite, friendly and efficient.

The food was delicious ND the service excellent. My granddaughter make a little mess ND th waiter was so good ND helpful. I really like that.

Great place for any meal but we, wife and I like it for their quick lunch specials. Great service and food, reasonably priced.

This is the most Sanitary, neat and festive Applebee’s I’ve been to. I loved my experience here with the staff everyone was very kind and welcoming
