Applebee's Grill + Bar, Kissimmee FL

My husband and I decided to go to Applebees while on vacation because we had a gift card. We decided to order pick up so that we could eat at our resort. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, fries, and a side cup of ranch. My husband ordered a grilled chicken salad. We were upset with the way the food was prepared. The two burger patties looked like they were for a kid’s meal or sliders. There was no mayo or sauce on the burger. They didn’t put my extra ranch in bag (I paid for it). The salad was unimpressive as well. Absolutely nothing about these meals made us want to buy them again. This was a poor performance for a restaurant that is known to be a late night restaurant. We will not be returning to this location.

Great service. Our servant was Mr. Tim he did a great job serving us and was clearly determined to make us enjoy our dinner.

If I could give you zero stars I would. This place has the most horrific customer service I’ve ever encountered, sadly coming from a manager! Penny Ms. Manager you certainly shouldn’t be in a manager position as you don’t know how to to deal with paying customers or offer helpful solutions. Because of your awful service and inexperience I will make sure to never order from this Applebees again and I’ll tell all my friends in the area to take their business elsewhere. Learn how to speak to paying customers! After all the error was on your end and you didn’t even offer an apology.

Food quality 4.5 stars, service 0.5 stars.the waiter brought dirty knives, I asked to be replaced.he behaved inappropriately, spat in all directions and was nervous. I won't come to this place again

Total foodie here. I've extensively traveled the world and eaten my way through many countries and cultures. This was my first time going to Applebee's. I've heard many times they have great burgers, so I ordered the Mushroom&Swiss burger at the top of the menu. I must say it was as good as any great burger I've ever had. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back with the family! Thanks Applebee's!

Went in for a quick bite and drink worst experience ever. It took 20 min to be acknowledge and here's the kicker it was literally 2 people there. Server finally comes I order my mixed drink. She brings me two shots and the mixer and ask if I could pour it myself. I order wonton tacos and never received them but was charged. I ask about it and server said oh sorry we out of the tacos.

Horrible service, horrible food, salt and pepper shakers were very dirty and clogged! Doesn’t deserve one star but that’s the minimum!

They close 1: 00 am. We went at 11: 15 and the manager "Penny" told us that they weren't going to serve us.

Our waiter was Tim & he was what made this experience the best. He was very attentive to our needs. Very friendly and interactive with our kids, which they loved. Food was very good compared to other Applebee's we've visited. All around a great experience.

It's 12: 11 am and they have the front doors locked. Terrible. Who is the GM. Please reach put for advice

Service was horrible waited 15 minutes to be seated and it was practically empty our waiter never came to take our order we waited for 25 minutes and just left

Bad service. They don't have someone to seat you, and servers just stare at you until you decided walkout.

The service Michelle provided was over and beyond welcoming. She provided suggestions to help in our selection. I can't say anything about any of the servers, but I highly suggest asking for Michelle section.

I had not good experience in the past with others Applebees. But today, I decided to give another chance and this one surprised me really good! Nice environment and the food fresh and amazing. Servers very kindly and fast! ️️️️️

Applebee’s is usually at the top of my list when it comes to a quick consistent meal that hits the spot. Today I was very disappointed with my experience. My family arrived to restaurant, there were a few other patrons seated but the restaurant was fairly empty. It took an hour just to get drinks out, our kids are sitting at the table hungry. The wrong apps came out, no napkins, no side dish for apps. We were disregarded when we tried to place the kids meals with the beverages (which we always do). After all this time passed and no update on our meal order, we decided to leave as we are only in town Celebrating my son’s 7th birthday and had movie tickets for 10: 30pm. We asked for the check and cancelled our order, the waiter said ok. However the manager came out and tried to explain to my husband (who is a chef) how long it takes to prepare meals. That to me was a slap in the face. Very disappointing.

They was very racist they denied us service took 4 people to sit in the back of the restaurant an stare at us then come to the front and say they don't have enough staff for us an we ask for 3 tables to accommodate 5 to each there was 5 people working an only 4 tables being occupied this was very embarrassing then as we walk out a couple said they closed we said no they denid us service but yet they went in and sat right down they had a party if 6. I will continue to make a bad review for this restaurant, they had along day we was all day in SeaWorld kids all picked Applebee's for us to get turned away unacceptable.

Great experience. The place has an excellent atmosphere. It wasn't crowded even on father's day and the food came fast. The drinks are amazing.

Went here this past weekend with my wife and was so caught off guard with the experience. We went in on a Saturday night pretty late, around 12: 00 am, they closed at 2 am. It was somewhat packed but because of the area we were in it was kind of expected, waited a while to be seated and received no attention, we brushed it off and decided to go sit at the bar. Before we even sat down our bartender made a remark about being 21 and up to sit. We knew this already of course but we are both over 21 so it didn’t really mean anything to us, she asked for our Id’s, I handed them both to her and she made a comment about my wife’s id saying it was tampered. (It wasn’t, this is a fresh id) I ask her to show me where it looks tampered because we have no reason to do that, she then grabs her manager who uses the same storyline the bartender used except on MY id. It wasn’t even the same one. Clearly it was something else, even if they didn’t want us at the bar, something could’ve been said but this was just absurd. We never experienced the food, and it almost ruined our night.
