Applebee's Grill + Bar, Margate FL

The service is horrible. Came on a Tuesday night and it was barely anyone here. It took more then 30 min for me to get my second drink. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. 0/5

This place used to be good but now theres new people no experience the service was very slow i had to wait for service like 45 minutes the waitress forgot my refills i'm not coming back. Terrible place.

Food was awesome.really enjoyed everything great customer service great atmosphere it was real wonderful I definitely will be going back.

The food at this location is great to be honest. However the service and management are very poor. Our whole time there we noticed employees struggling while the manager was kicking back and relaxing. When we asked about the service she was quite rude and sarcastic. This place could really use new management.

Our bartender Mona and the manager Todd were awesome! They provided great service, drinks, and food! This Applebees has been our go to since the Coral Springs Applebees closed down. Ask for Mona when you come in!

Had lunch there for two people cost $50 what? What do they think they are a five-star restaurant. LOL food is nothing special at all and prices have increased substantially I don't know how long they're going to be able to hold on

We t today sat there for a while Then when we went to order Rebeka she spelt it something like that said o burgers no ribs grill was broke hmmmm ot going back poor management

We like the food but what i did not like was the waitress bringing me the check without we asking for it. We were doing the all you can eat boneless wings and they never asked if we wanted some more.

730pm on a Saturday. Wait was 25 min.
They are obviously very short staffed since tables were not cleared on several tables. Asst. Manager acting as hostess as well as busser. Husband ordered unsweet tea with lemon and was bought hot tea in a Styrofoam cup with another cup of ice. Declined that and switched to soda which took 15 minutes. He ordered the all you can eat boneless wings and was told he could not get additional wings because the cook was sick. Three more parties were seated anyway. We had to ask for napkins, silverware, and ketchup. Even after ordering ribs, no napkins.

Todd, Mona, Bobbie and Kerri have known us for years and they are always awesome! Make us feel welcome as soon as we walk in like the old tv show Cheers! U wanna go where everybody know your name and always glad you came.i

If I could leave a 0 I would. We ordered all you can eat boneless wings, which came out 3 times before one of our party even got a refill of his drink. He asked 3 times and never got his drink. I asked for a drink AFTER he did and got mine. It our server didn’t write ANYTHING down which is probably why we were forgotten about. Additionally we waited 10 minutes after finally being asked if everything was ok, which it wasn’t but we didn’t want to start anything, for boxes and checks. We didn’t see that until the person who didn’t get his refill went and grabbed the box he had asked for. All in all 0 experience, and everyone should be ashamed of the service. We were walked by multiple times by staff having non-work conversations, all in all everyone on staff dropped the ball. We won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Applebee's is Applebee's. I did not expect anything more or less. That's all I have to say.

Never had a problem with their food but their timing is terrible when ordering online. Every time I have to wait another 20-30 minutes after the time they told me it would be ready. Fix your automated timing system.

The food was so bad. We had mozzarella sticks. The cheese was like plastic. It didn't even stretch when we ate it. The marinara was very salty and kind of bitter. I ordered the honey pepper chicken tenders with 4 cheese mac and cheese. My tenders were so hard they clinked when they hit the plate and were dryer than the Sahara desert. I asked for extra sauce, and instead of being warm like normal, it was ice cold. I asked my server to remake it. I had taken a bite of my breadstick and one bite of a chicken tender. I showed my server. He took the food and said it was all being remade. About 5 minutes later, I got back the exact same plate with one tender, replaced the same pasta and bitten breadstick, which was also overcooked. The extra sauce was heated this time. 2 minutes later, the server checks on me. The food is still not good. I tell him it's still bad. He drops the check anyway a few minutes after that. I just asked for a box paid and left. It's just not a great experience.

Sanez was very rude needs to find another job because customer service is not for her.
Took her 15 minute just too bring out some water and forgot about the other other drinks.
