No one had the part I needed or took too long but parts madness ordered it for me and in 2-3 days bam, deficult part to get I will be going back

Wow! This place is amaizing! I finally have a refrigerator working. After six long months I found the parts I needed to repair my refrigerator. The Start Relay/Defrost Timer were not good. Great prices. Thumbs up to the men that work here. I will continue to buy at this location.

Will never used them again. Very poor customer service and relation with the customer. Told me my part was coming in the next day, when they found out that it was not, they did not even call me to advise that it was not coming and order it from another company that i will not arrive until 3 to 4 days. Guy at this place would not even apologize and would not even let me speak, speaking over me. Very rude and not professional.

I called many appliance parts stores and no one was able to help me. Luckily I found the team at Parts Madness they new exactly what I needed, had it in stock and gave me a great price too.
