I called this company on a Sunday since my washer was acting out for over a week. I’ll be honest I wasn’t sure at all if I’m ok letting anyone in my house 8 weeks quarantine and some really bad experience with contractors.
I decided that I have no choice and called and this super nice, professional guy solve the problem for me in 5 min over the phone.
I was super surprised. So many people told me before even asking what’s the problem that they charge a service fee and a weekend fee and the guy never even mention money. Asked me what’s the problem and told me how to fix it.
Super recommend and definitely kept their number for the future.
