John Johnson is the man! My Kenmore 90 Series Washer completely stopped working, with a wash basket full of water and absolutely no response to any troubleshooting. John, being a great "Ohioian, " tireless professional who retired from Kenmore/Whirlpool after 40+ years of service, came over late in the evening after a HOA meeting. He took about 20 minutes and diligently troubleshot until he found the issue. The culprit was an arcing wire that was quickly repaired. I can't speak more highly of John and the service he provides. As others have mentioned, he is a rockstar, true professional and has years of experience that he applies to every scenario to correctly diagnose the issue and make the repair successfully.

John is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He made sure our family understood the problem with our washing machine. He has the years of experience and more than that is personable and warm. We would recommend him to anyone in the area!

I called first thing in the morning and John answered the phone. A live person answered the phone. I mentioned that my Kenmore refrigerator freezer wasn’t freezing but that everything seemed to be working. Unfortunately John’s schedule wouldn’t bring him to my area for a few days but he suggested a few troubleshooting ideas to try. I sent him pictures & short videos and not once did he assume the problem until all of his suggestions were exhausted. John was beyond helpful. He called towards the end of the day asked a few more questions and said it’s most likely the relay. John even made some suggestions were to buy the part. When I got to the parts store and told them what I needed, they said they were surprised that the repair guy (John) even bothered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone cause it’s easily $65.and up for a service call. Went home and replaced the part and all is working. I say all of this as a testament that John didn’t have to go the extra mile giving his professional advice away for free. He didn’t try to sell me anything, didn’t pretend to know what the problem was and didn’t have me pay for the most expensive part. Because of this, I have a washer and dryer that needs John’s help when he’s available. You won’t be disappointed, you won’t waste your time or your money! Thank you John.
