Today's Technician was exactly like we would want for a service and repair call. Our problem was supposed to be repaired in a service call 2 months ago, but today was very professional and helpful compared to the previous one & hopefully everything is good now.

Called them to repair a refrigerator th had been serviced by another company without success. Their response was prompt. They serviced the appliance, but the previous attempt caused this not to be successful. They returned again and completed the job successfully under their repair warranty. The problem was a difficult situation, the tech (Rudy) and the lead tech figured it out. Thanks. I do recommend this company. Very professional.

Our technician was Jason. He was by far the best tech we’ve ever dealt with. His level of customer service was more like 10 stars! He repaired our refrigerator with ease.

They did a great job! From the easy process to schedule an appointment to the tech who helped me clean out all of the lint in my dryer vents the service was top notch. I would highly recommend for ease of set up and they got the job done. I didn't have time to be price sensitive but it was worth it for my time.
