This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. An order for a new CPAP machine was sent over 3 months ago and another order a month ago. I have tried calling all the phone numbers, you are put on hold and the phones are never answered. Obviously they have no concern for their clients health. Don't try to use this company!

My experience at first was horrible. Very little communication and a lot of miscommunication. After weeks of fighting with all of it, I was about done. However, after my review, a rep contacted me and she's been very helpful. I don't know if I'm allowed to give our names, but she's been fantastic. From our first phone call she agreed that they have given a lot more information than they did. She explained what was going on, and I was able to better understand the situation. I was able to understand that my doctor's office was not sending the needed documents, and apria was not "losing" them like I was told by several people at apria. About two weeks ago my CPAP was ordered, and I just asked my rep if she had tracking info. Most there need to realize that this has to do with people's health and not just shrug it off like it's an inconvenience to them. Most need to give actual answers, like "your doctor isn't sending over what we requested.repeatedly" instead of "not sure, maybe we just didn't see them yet" or "they're still in the pile with other requests and our fax people didn't see it yet" making it sound like it's in a literal pile of papers mixed with other people's documents. In reality, it's in an email inbox.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN APRIA 5 STARS IF I HAD RECEIVED MY APPARATUS MUCH SOONER. OF COURSE, MOST OF US THINK WE ARE THE ONLY ONES A COMPANY HAS TO DEAL WITH. WE DO NOT THINK ABOUT THE VOLUME OF THEIR CUSTOMERS & THE TIME IT TAKES TO DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. I HAVE IT NOW & WILL USE IT TONIGHT.

This company does not deliver needed equipment in time and does not communicate with the receiver of the equipment about delivery dates, times, or delays. I had surgery 11 days ago and still have not received the equipment ordered by my doctor for my recovery.

Went with my mother to the office. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Left very satisfied.

Two months after being home tested by the finger device, I am finally going to be fitted for a mask. Unfortunately I now have to pay for two months that I haven’t even used the c-Pap machine. I called multiple times during the two months and never was told to go anywhere they just said we will “re-fit” me. I had never been fitted in the first place. Are these over and over fails worth the $393 I have to pay and still haven’t turned the machine on! They finally gave me an address to go tomorrow and be fitted. We will see if I finally get a mask for the $393 and non use. In this day a big company should never fumble like this. Unless it’s really a dime store co.

If you have a choice please do not use them. They do not communicate with providers or patients concerning equipment and you go months without receiving any information on a previous order. Will file a complaint.

If there was a zero I would have chosen it. I’ve had nothing but problems since I went with this company, including but not limited to, errors in reporting to my insurance company, equipment in a size different than what I requested and general not so bright customer service representatives. Were I a new CPAP user I’d think every company is as poor at their job as is Apria but I’ve used a machine for years and had very few problems. A lack of transportation sent me to this company but as soon as all errors are corrected, I’ll be running, not walking, elsewhere.

One of the two items ordered was delivered late. Apria kept sending the same order form requesting docusign signature even after it was signed.

Terrible customer service. Can not reach anyone at the Daytona office. Tried visiting the Daytona office. Note on window says ring bell for service, if you do not have an appointment you could have a longer wait time. No one else in waiting room, I rang the bell and waited 20 minutes with no response. Charging me for a cpap machine that I am not using but have been told it was paid for by my insurance company yet they keep sending me bills (and to collections). Each invoice is suspect, call customer service and amounts keep changing. Can not trust anything they tell you on the phone. My suggestion, use a different company.

Disappointed with apria got my cpap machine for 3 days now been calling and leaving messages for some one to help me set it up. Can't understand the instructions. Now on top of the 3 day with the machine I have to wait till Monday because no one ever got back to me. This is so unprofessional and you guys have no compassion or care for patients because I rely on the machine to sleep and breath and you guys just don't care thats not right.

Employees that delivered the bed were not mindful of plastic that was placed on the carpet. I was told the hoyer lift was electric and it said elec on the invoice but it was not. Told employee that longer bed rails were required and was assured they would bring some back but nothing a week later. Every time I try to call, I stay on hold longer than 15 min and still don't get my call answered. Nurse case manager has also tried to call with same experience.

Batteries in my gogo mobility scooter need to be replaced. Was tol d it would be ten to fourteen days. It's been almost thirty days. No batteries yet. What is the hold up?

Not at all satisfied with Apria! If you want to get in contact w/them, you are on the phone waiting for an hour or more. Received my CPAP in the mail and would have welcomed a training session, but none was provided. Had to watch videos on YouTube to better understand my device. After watching videos, I’m still experiencing difficulties w/the unit. I don’t know if I set it at the appropriate settings for me. Can’t call for a follow up appointment or phone call because they don’t answer the phone. Who knows if my sleep will improve or not even under such circumstances? Very disappointed in the customer service end of the company as NONE was provided! But, they certainly charge my credit card $37 a month!

Apria had a full month to get me crutches for knee surgery I was having. I called numerous times, waited on hold for up to an hour at times and was assured I’d have them in a day or so. Never arrived so I had to keep calling. 48 hours before my surgery I was assured they were being overnighted to me and I would have them in time. They arrived 3 days AFTER my surgery. Will never rely on Apria again nor would I recommend them.

After waiting 13 months, received new CPAP machine. Been on telephone hold now over 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone to get help setting it up.

Can’t get help, they don’t call you back. When you call In it is long hold and it goes someplace else.
