Ive lived here for several years and happy. HOA is on top of things especially since alot of renters/guests think they do whatever they want without consequences like park wherever, blare music, or litter.

Warning! Do not buy or rent at this place. The HOA is horrible. They will monitor your every move. It’s like living in prison. You will be thankful you read this review.
