Jerry and his son were on time. They performed a very detailed inspection, and I received the results in less than 24 hours. Excellent! Excellent!

Jerry is professional, knowledgeable and is very flexible with scheduling.

Disgusted and sick to my stomach. Guy missed numerous things but nothing more egregious than missing the sprinkler system. Told us it was not ours but automated by HOA. Missed numerous things that could have really helped us. Feel like a fool for going along with realtors recommendation.

All I wanted was for the company to acknowledge they potentially missed some things instead of becoming combative. Stuff happens in life and we move on…. But these are my reasons for being a bit upset

1 The reason for a home inspection is to find potential problems to inform to buyer to potentially get some credits or understand any underlying problems. My main issue is the sprinkler system; you looked at it and said we had no control over it. Anyways we need to have it fixed. When I asked about this afterwards you said you don’t examine sprinklers as it’s in the contract. If that’s the case then don’t examine the sprinkler system and I wish I knew that before as this is Florida.

2 The other issue is our water heater ignition wires. When I asked about this you said you only check to see if it’s working. That’s like checking a car with a dead battery; runs when jumped but can’t restart it after it’s off.

3 As far as fixing it, when my wife asked if anything breaks to fix it, you stated that you can’t fix it as it’s a conflict of interest. Anyways yes should have called you on it but I just feel like it was something common that should not have been missed as the technician saw it right away and stated how common it was.

4 It’s stated that I should have called first, I emailed the company and there was no response for a couple days before I posted. Company said it gets many emails, so it’s tough to respond. I’m sorry but emails are how things get documented. It’s a better way to keep track of things than phone calls.

4 I believe reviews are meant to describe your own experience. While I doubt many others have the same, I feel like I have the right and should share.

What I feel like I missed out on is the chance to have brought down my closing costs by these missed things. Life goes on…but as it’s said “Home ownership is tough! ”
