FRAUD ALERT! On 9/23/22 I called APS institute to finalize a down payment on cosmetic surgery with Dr. Tran. On the same date my credit card was fraudulently used to purchase over $1500 worth of online services, to include $1400+ in Stubhub tickets and $100+ in flower purchases by an APS employee. On 10/27/2022, I called APS and provided them with a different credit card to finish paying for the services. On 10/30/2022 employee Krystal Vasquez Pimentel used my credit card to purchase nearly $1000 worth of merchandise from SKIMS! When I called APS, I was informed by supervisor "Hilda" that she has been fired and this isn't their issue and nothing more they can do. I informed APS that I no longer feel safe and would like a full refund and reimbursement for the flight and aftercare I've already paid for. Hilda informed me that this isn't their issue. As an added insult to injury.she emailed me they're keeping the deposit! I've never been more disappointed and violated in my life.

The entire staff at aps were very nice, even showed me their own procedures they had done which were also great. I am very pleased with my mommy makeover. I would definitely recommend you get cosmetic surgery from Dr. Torres and Dr. Reyes their work was excellent and much better than I expected!

My experience with this place was REMARKABLE. I live in New Jersey, and my aunt was recommended to go all the way to Miami for surgery here. I cannot express how amazing Aylin and Genove were. My aunt does not speak English and they were amazing and provided so much help and coordinated with me as a third party. The process was so smooth, they were truly a blessing. They provided help with everything and even recommended a great Recovery House and helped calling transportation and anything my aunt needed. Truly a great experience! I don’t usually do these ratings but they deserve it! Aylin and Genove, you are a blessing.

Everyone at the office were extremely awesome! I am so happy with my results! I got lipo360 and bbl with Dr. Torres! The ladies at the front desk are super nice and very informative! Ladies if you are looking for cosmetic surgery please look into Aps for your work!

Omg I love aps they where super super helpful since the first day of my surgery. I love it there and I will recommend anyone to go there. Dr. Reyes was my doc and when I tell you he did an awesome job. I look and feel spectacular. I’d love to warmly thank The coordinator, the message therapist, the ladies at the front desk and everyone else at aps. The whole team at aps is WONDERFUL I LOVE THEM!

My patient coordinator Aylin was very nice and helpful she made sure she went over details and made me feel like I was making the right decision and choosing the right place! Jennifer walked me through every step surgery day and made me feel confident instead of nervous! Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was GREAT! Dr. Torres is amazing and he knows exactly what he’s doing! I had a lipo 360 done and a fat transfer to buttocks and I feel and look FANTASTIC?

The Patient coordinator - Sav Roberts, made the whole process very smooth, and she made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Mario Reyes gave me exactly what I wanted, which was a breast lift with saline. He was AMAZING. I am so happy with the results and can not wait to wear a bikini! The whole staff was excellent - I was taken care of very well from start to finish

Sav Roberts was more than just a patient coordinator. She was with me through the whole process at every appointment!

I really enjoyed my experience at APS DR. Mario Reyes was Amazing, amazing doctor! Made me feel more comfortable about my decision. My coordinator Ayani was nice & of course Chyna.
My only problem was at my post op appointment I wasn’t to satisfied. It was a different staff with a different attitude she was giving me attitude a major one because I didn’t want to get my massage done there. I already paid for my massage and it came with my package for my recovery home. She just took a look at my stitch on my back and explained to me how it would be taking out later down the line she also told me anything that happens on my end is on the massage person which have nothing to do with aps which is clearly understandable and that’s how pretty much my post op went. I didn’t enjoy it.

I personally was last minute transferee from another facility to here. The experience was great! Dr. Reyes is the one who performed breast augmentation surgery and he was a little demanding. Did not allow my husband to choose the size for me because it was MY body. I think anyone’s opinion matters if you are asking for it. Otherwise, he did a great choice on letting me know what size looks good on my height, size, weight, etc. He did a great job I love my new breast! The staff was also amazing!

Terrible results and terrible communication afterwards. Dr Reyes completely botched my arms and then they refused to answer my emails. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and they finally called me back only to say they would get back in touch with a resolution which they never did. Then they lied to the BBB and told them that they were in communication with me and were awaiting my updated photos. I have all my emails and and call records showing proof that they were avoiding me. I do not recommend, find a board certified doctor unless you want to be botched!

Thank you lady’s I am so happy to do my surgery with Aps. Dr Mario reyes Are so professional I have my tummy tuck I see so big difference with inflammation. I see you next year. For my breast implants. I can’t no wait This place and all staff are so professional. And amazing more the recommend. ️️️️️️️️️️️️

I am a week post op from a Breast Augmentation and lift with Dr. Nadal and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Nadal went above and beyond expectations to make me look PERFECT. I can’t thank him enough for his beautiful work & highly recommend him for any future surgery. The staff at APS is unlike any other and all the ladies were invested in my procedure. The entire staff was supportive and amazing during such a stressful process. Ilene is absolutely amazing and was my voice/advocate for what I wanted. Ilene made sure I got everything I wanted and supported me throughout my entire experience. Thank you to Genevieve, Jennifer, Annalyse and all the ladies at APS made my experience amazing and I highly recommend. Thank you for giving me my dream body. Xoxox

My last review was somehow deleted by them so I am leaving another and will continue to leave reviews in every platform available until they make this right. I have Absolute horrible results! I paid $8200 and now I have to pay another doctor to fix everything tgat was done by Dr Mario Reyes. My arms are completely deformed because of this man and the office manager refuses to do anything about it. They called me last week and informed me that they would be in touch to workout a solution and in exchange the would want me to delete my reviews and retract my complaint with the BBB but they have not been in touch since. This is a chop shop and do not care about their patients. They seem nice until they have your money then they will botch your body and never respond again. Horrible business.
