Aug'23-Well called in for a REFILL 10 days ago, they charged me for 2 day air and I am still waiting. It would be nice if just ONE TIME I could get my prescription out when it was supposed to!

June'23-So difficult to get ahold of anyone here! The refill email address does not work so you call and the wait times are at least 30 minutes and no one even picks up half the time. When you do talk to someone you are lucky if they get it right and then you have to call back and go through everything again. They cannot seem to get auto refills out the door unless you call. I DREAD calling and having to refill my prescriptions.

The service from this pharmacy is hit and miss at best. In calling in a prescription for a refill it is difficult to get someone on the phone. Once you do get the order in the turn around for getting it was usually at least 10 working days. The staff at the pharmacy was always friendly and helpful when I picked up my order, so this review is not on them. One time when I received my prescription which is an injectable vial the entire top of the vial was loose and came off. Recently I was advised that there was a problem within their lab and it would be undetermined when and if they could provide me with my prescription. They were kind enough to refer me to an alternate pharmacy that could provide me with my prescription. The new pharmacy did take my prescription order and shipped it the next day. The price at APS was cheaper, but you do get what you pay for.

There customer service seems to have gone down hill, recently. After waiting on the phone for around an hour, they know my address and billing information, but not my RX? (I've been ordering them for over a year now). Also, the shipping times are a lot slower (seven days, but sometimes it takes longer). They used to be good phone response times, and good shipping times. That with there 30% price increase on pharmacy items, I really don't see them staying in business that much longer.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! First prescriptions are NOW mislabeled and are not accurate. STATE VIOLATION!

I have been a client for over 10 years. Service NOW s awful. They will not and REFUSE to refill AFTER prior to the due date as they always did int past. This adds up to 10 FULL days after you were supposed to receive your prescription. Here is a direct quote form the CS team (who never answer the phone)

"The order was released to workflow for processing on 5/8. Our current turnaround time for processing orders to shipping is approximately 7 business days. "

My Dr.and all Doctors should reconsider ever using this business again. I will never use them again. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Quite possibly the worst business that I've dealt with, ever. Last prescription through them took a month as they were out of the product but didn't even call to let me know. When they finally shipped to me, they lied to me about overnighting it. The most recent prescription, I started 10 days ahead of time knowing how inept APS pharmacy is from previous experience. 10 days after receiving the RX from my Dr, despite multiple calls from me to prevent a repeat of last time, I finally received a call for payment so they could send it out in 5 to 7 business days. So, the turn-around time after they received the RX would have been at least 15 days just to get it in the mail. They made up a story about needing an rx clarification which was completely untrue as verified with my Dr's office (I've seen the RX). Even if it was true, this should be a 2 minute telephone call, not a 7 day delay. This is a poorly run pharmacy service with terrible customer service.

I've put in prescription orders about 2 weeks ago. When I call regarding the whereabouts of my orders. The pharmacists informs me that the order was set as "attention" and that they needed clarification on something, but not once did anyone call me to inform me that they needed clarification until I called and asked about the order. No one seems to take the initiative to call the patient or provider to inform them of any prescription clarification requests. So now we have to possibly wait another week for the order to be shipped out.
