Negative stars if possible. DON'T DO IT. First off they charge 150 per month. The guy comes EVERY 3 MONTHS. Then, my husband was promised the ant hills in the yard would be treated. Nope. The guy never even sprays the back yard. Both of my gates are locked, and he never knocks at the door. The only way I know he's been there, is the little flag in the yard and he walks by the doorbell cam once. We called to cancel because we aren't happy with the service and we have to pay $200 to cancel! Please for you sake, stay away from this awful company.

It was raining so I could not get full service, only inside, not outside. Tech said I could request follow up.

The technician did the job very well. However, it could only be done inside the house, the outside part was left pending due to the rain. The technician told me that he was going to inform you about this and that I needed to reschedule in order to complete the service on the outside of the house.

My visit today was great. The guy that came out was patient and kind and took care of my needs.

Did not let me know they were on their way here so they didn't do the inside which is primarily what I needed

Great service, there when they say they’ll be there. Friendly and informative technicians.

The only advance notice they gives is that they will show up sometime on the date scheduled. I have repeatedly asked for a window for arrival or a 30 minute heads-up so I can be there to let them inside, and never get either. I have had them not show on occasion as well. The product seems to work fine it’s the customer service that need a great deal of improvement.

Jose did such a thorough job and is so professional. I would like him to do my service each time. I have had so many techs that just wanted to get done with no concern for doing a good job for me.

10min service not to my standard I wasn't home for my full service appointment yard didn't get treated windows seals with webs and cage with webs still there after service I know it takes over 30 mins for my property which can't be completed in 10minutes.

They do a good job - always punctual and professional- techs are uniformly pleasant and polite.

Tech did an Amazing job today. Texted me before the visit to check and see what needed to be addressed when servicing our home. The outside is all that needed to be addressed. He did a very good job. I appreciate his dedication and thoroughness
