Aqua at Millenia Apartments, Orlando FL

Don’t live here! Worst apt experience I’ve ever had. Fire alarm problems. So loud and goes for HOURS. Not once or twice, I’m talking more then 20 times that happened.
Elevator wasn’t working for almost 6 month.
BBQ barely working.
Jacuzzi was cold a lot of times.
Too expensive for what you get.
Really don’t recommend and I never put bad reviews

Complete Joke Waste Of your Time… They will say you are approved Take your money Just to tell you they changed there mind your no longer approved. Never pick up calls or respond to emails. So unprofessional if your serious about moving somewhere Avoid this Company money hungry unprofessional place.

This is a very nice place.even as they are trying to clean up after Ian. Aqua have pretty good pricing and kool amenities.no tennis court, so sad. The best are the ELEVATOR and PARKING GARAGE!

I have loved living at Aqua for over 7 years. The apartments are great, comfortable and clean. The pool area is beautiful and much like a resort.
It’s very close to the Mall at Millenia, i4 and target.
The staff is so friendly and courteous.
Marisa is amazing! Always willing to help with anything. Tom is wonderful. The maintenance staff is incredible they
are professional and very helpful.
I highly recommend Aqua at Millenia!

This community is super clean and very quiet. Looks beautiful on the inside and out. Friendly neighbors are a plus. Great staff, especially the asst manager Marissa, she's always willing to help and goes above and beyond. She always has a bright smile on her face! Would recommend!

Pros: Great location and beautiful landscaping. There is a great walking path to the mall, to all of the shops around here, and it connects to the city bike trail and the lake. Love that it's on a dead-end street.

Cons: There are some really loud cars in the parking garage that rasp their exhausts at all hours of the day and night. The fire alarm for the whole building goes off frequently. The hallways and gates could use some fresh paint.

I’ve been here just over a month and it is absolutely miserable. Save your money! Counting down the days until this lease is over.

It looks nice, but there are simply a lot of problems with the place, the electrical system is terrible. The fire alarm falsely goes off multiple times a week and it takes them so long to turn it off. If you're looking for a place to sleep at the end of the day, this isn't it.

Two people seating at the office doing who knows what. Everyone do whatever they want no matter how many email this people send from their office. The kitchen of the apartments are all infested with the small cockroach and if you complain they just sent a company to do nothing because the problem continues and they keep doing nothing. Pool rules, doesn't exist. Grills, forget it about it, nonn of this are clean and there are not brush to at least clean it yourself. Supposed you need a card key for the doors that are all the time open around the complex, so of course is not safe, there were already a kidnapping at the parking lot and shooting few month before the kidnapped. Garage gate 2 weeks each month broken. Why I live here? I decided will be my last apartment until I move to my own house so it's sacrifice because is not comfortable live here like I thous a year and half ago.

Horrible place. I visited to lease and not only was the manager rude and not professional but the place was a hot mess. All the common grounds were not clean.

Neighbors are so loud and this apartment does nothing about it, theres no regulation or monitoring. It would be a great place to live at if they paid more attention to noise regulation and become stricter.

Horrible service the management team is rude and not helpful. They don’t care About the property the trash is usually overloaded and the manager is so rude

This place and the people! I came to visit my family that have been living here for some time, and not only have they maintained this beautiful complex, but they have the kindest staff willing to help with any little detail. I can’t express my gratitude for how they’ve treated my family and made them feel at home. Thank you Aqua!

Horrible security, Management is unprofessional, they do a terrible job at attending to the Aqua clients. I left
To another place due to their poor management.
