5The thin Chinese lady who works on weekends is arrogant, she treats all clients badly and I saw her disrespect her 3 co-workers, she doesn't work and spends all her time sitting talking on the phone, people like that shouldn't work with public, the laundry is always dirty when she is there, the clients hate her and should vote for her
I have been coming to this laundromat for almost 7 years and every time the lady with the white hair is on duty, the laundromat is a disaster, the washing machines are always dirty, the floor is always dirty, the service is not good, the bathroom is always closed. Once I was drying my clothes, she, without asking permission, stopped the dryer to remove the filter. It makes me very sad, but in the 7 years that I have been coming to this laundromat, it has always been impeccable. Attachments are nothing compared to other days. I know the other girls, and they are very good people, but this lady is a mess.
Very good customer service, they even have a machine to change bills into coins which makes the process faster.
Great & affordable! Vending machines don't work and it's a little cramped for space but over all great laundromat
I'm going to take the time to leave this review, because I'm really outraged, it is unacceptable that one takes clothes to be washed and picks them up dirtier than they are, and to top it all off, damaged. I will continue washing there, I hope that after this review they take it into account and take better care of my clothes and do not stain them or spoil them anymore.
