Great service! As I was shopping for a new surfboard. I went into many shops around St. Augustine and Jacksonville and Aqua East in St. Augustine was great! Noah, Chuck and Wyatt all gave me great insight on helping me decided on my board. Super nice and very helpful from them! I’m super happy with my board! My wife and I stop in all the time to shop for surf accessories and clothes and everyone is always super helpful! We love this shop!

I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt when I encounter inferior service, but could every employee be collectively having a bad day? The first time I went in, every customer service person was either condescending or outright rude. I went to find a salesperson to ask a question, but the scornful glare I received as I approached stopped me in my tracks. Okay, fine. Maybe it was a fluke. So I went in again with a family member, and the experience we had will forever guide me to recommend everyone I know to shop elsewhere. The details are too long and fill me with too much sadness to write it all here, but suffice to say the salesperson we met took obvious pleasure in trying multiple times to inflict shame and enforce some extraordinarily damaging stereotypes. I will do my best to ensure this shop will not benefit from their poor treatment of others.

Nice surf and skate shop. Lots of good merchandise and a convenient location with ample parking.
