After having a flooded bathroom in our newly purchased home AQUA EXPRESS Restoration truly came to the rescue. Angie and Antonio swooped in like Wonder Woman and Superman taking care of the issue like a pro. They are very helpful with our questions/concerns and they even double checked the moister meter on a separate area of the house that we were concerned about. Overall our experience was great and while we hope we never have to deal with water damage clean up again it is great to know that Angie and Antonio are available to assist should we ever need them. I highly recommend their services.

Angie was very professional in explaining everything to me. She made sure that everything was done that needed to be done in order to remove the water damage. Antonio explained the contract and where the machines were going to be put in, and the dates when they would be back. Angie, the Project Manager, and Antonio conducted a mold inspection/ remediation at my home after major slab leak resulted in damage to master bathroom/ walk-in closet and living room area; their careful and methodical inspection netted the discovery of additional mold.

Angie was great; she explain the everything that was happening as it was happening and kept an upbeat friendly attitude as my the situation unraveled by injecting humor and understanding for my family and my situation.

The remediation has lasted 4 days so far but thanks to this amazing duo we see an end insight.

Aqua Express Restoration Project Manager Angie and Antonio conducted a complete inspection my home damage area discovering mold in the bathroom and closet walls.

During their inspection and removal of the bathroom and closet walls and sealing they discover that the damaged was greater than expected. They work for almost 4 day and adjusted their schedule to mine and my families, that is a awesome customer service.
