Aqua Home Care was super responsive and flexible when it came to my aunt needing care and then not needing it during hospital stays. My aunt's main aide, Miriam, was wonderful. She was able to deal with my aunt's change in behavior due to her rapidly progressing Alzheimer's and was always patient. Evelyn was extremely helpful as we looked to find a place that could care for my aunt once she was no longer able to stay where she was with the aides. At that point we were not using the service as my aunt was in the hospital but Evelyn still kept helping us going above and beyond.

Aqua Home Care has been excellent. They were always very responsive and helpful with any requests we had. I always enjoyed talking with them on the phone. The staff is exceptional. If we ever need home care services again, Aqua Home Care will be the first place we call. Thank you.

We needed a caregiver the same day I contacted Evelyn and 4 hours later someone was there to provide the help we needed. We were able to handle all the paperwork electronically and Evelyn was very caring and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Aqua Home Care and Evelyn in particular really came through for my family. We were mandated by an ALF in which our loved one was residing that we had to pay out of pocket for private care until our LO was no longer a fall risk. The facility told us this at 6pm on a Saturday evening. I didn’t think any agency was going to be able to staff a new case on a Saturday night so I placed a call to Aqua and one other agency and prepared to go stay with my LO. Evelyn called me back almost immediately, had a contract to me within an hour, and had a caregiver with my LO by 9: 45pm that very evening. The other agency I contacted also called me back, told me someone would be “in touch” and a coordinator called me back 4 days later. This example really encapsulates the service provided by Aqua Home Care. Their admin staff were responsive when issues arose, professional, kind, and accommodating. Their caregivers were personable, professional, and knowledgeable and even when we didn’t have a great match between LO and a caregiver, Aqua Home Care was quick to offer alternative staff. The level of customer service we received from Aqua was exemplary, we highly recommend them for anyone seeking private-pay caregiver support.

Evelyn with Aqua Home Care really helped make a difficult time better. She and the caretakers worked with our schedule, our needs and our situation. I always felt they had our backs and I felt comfortable relying on them. A huge help.

Aqua Home Care exceeded my expectations. I needed immediate “extra”help with my Mom inside a rehab facility in Orlando. When I called on a Sunday, they responded quickly and they had someone available the next day. When we came home from the rehab facility they were extremely flexible with her care schedule and worked with us until we figured out exactly what our needs would be at home. I was first introduced to Aqua Home Care through Dawn Field, who came recommended by both Ms. Westman of MSA Home Health as well as Dr. Chessman’s office, with Dr. Chessman being the surgeon that had recently operated on my 87 year old father.

My father, who has type 2 diabetes, had a partial foot amputation by Dr. Chessman, and after considerable rehabilitation at a local facility both my sister and I were considering setting up home health care for our father. This is a requirement because of my father living in Orlando and my sister and I living in Kansas and Maryland, respectively. My father loves the warm weather and refuses to move to KS or MD, and has lived alone in Orlando for the last 10 years.

Ms. Field was instrumental in our finally feeling comfortable enough to have our father stay at home with home care. Dawn has done an extraordinary job in building confidence with both my sister, me and our father. She has been absolutely terrific in making sure all of the very important details are taken care of.

I reached out to Aqua Home Care in hopes of getting some help with my father. Even though my parents are out of AHC area of treatment Eric Young was very helpful with advise and direction.
