My daughter and I have had MANY services done over the years and are always deciding what to do next. Donna is very understanding of a clients concerns and makes suggestions on what laser service she can provide.

Recently, My son had surgery and needed laser hair removal. I called Donna and explained the situation to her and as always she was very professional and asked us to come in for a consultation. She made my son feel completely as ease and told him exactly what she would be doing. During the appointment, she talked to him throughout the whole procedure to take his mind off of it. He was very satisfied.

Now he's deciding what laser service he want s to do next. We are her.clients for life. I highly recommend Aqua Laser Studio to anyone especially if you will have laser for the first time. Donna and her team are true professionals.

I have been going to (formerly Aqua) Begin New for all of my laser hair treatments. Vera is REMARKABLE! Extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I started with one area being treated and ended up doing my entire body AND got my husband in to treat his back. I had mentioned to Vera about my lips, I Have done lip filler two times before over the last two years at a different facility. Honestly, I always joke and say I would rather birthday child then doing the filler because it hurt me so bad. Fast forward to today? Kristina is absolutely phenomenal she did my lip filler today and it was 100% pain-free I will never again go anywhere else they have a loyal customer for life. Highly recommend

Came here for my laser hair removal. Brittany at the front desk was always more than helpful and friendly. My technician was fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Purchased UltraShape in June (advised must be 3 treatments, 2 wks apart) ; rearranged work & military  schedules to accommodate timing to have procedure fully completed at the recommended intervals by end of JUL.   Arrive to 10 JUL appt to discover machine malfunctioning. Reschedule, appt cancelled by clinic, equipment still broken; repeat. Advised treatments would have to start all over since too much time had passed, however, AUG. SEPT. OCT…machine still broken and cannot schedule—now, nearly 4 months after purchase with a known limited window of availability before the new fiscal year work/military obligations (starts OCT), still never able to complete process. Requested refund this week and was advised “no refunds”, then offered 1/3 refund. Ummm.for a service that you couldn’t deliver for over 3 months while I patiently waited and worked with you, now you keep my money? Unacceptable business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for anything other than laser hair removal (had wonderful experience w/technician Miranda—she is a laser master). Otherwise, buyer beware!

Amazing prices and service. The results are unbelievable and with it. I used to spend so much for waxing not anymore thanks to Aqua Laser.

I didn’t have the best experience the first two times I recieved treatment for hair removal, got a bit burnt but they prescribed me a burn cream and it healed. Of course I was timid to try again but Donna did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and reassured me that we would be using a different laser and now I feel differently about this place and would recommend it because Donna cares about the people getting treated and corrects things amongst her team when they happen.

I went in with my friend for her appointment. We arrived 15 min late due to a lot of traffic and they refused to take her in even though she paid in advance for the procedure to get done. My friend said she would be the last person to get the laser done that she was okay with waiting to be last and they wouldn’t give her her money back or take her in even after letting them know we had drove an hour to get there. The lady at the desk went and got a manager to see if she could squeeze me in and she approached us very rudely! Has no business working for customers. Had no sympathy for us driving so far. Told us we should’ve gone to a place closer, she spoke to her like she was a child, she’s a paying customer. It’s a shame my friend had payed in advanced. Worst service ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went to Linda. Linda is a Nurse Practitioner. I have been there twice. I had threads done and filler. Linda is the best. She prepared me for everything and her technique is the best. She did it in a way so that I had the least amount of injections. I love her to death. Very reasonable price.

Love coming to aqua laser studio! Their prices are so reasonable and worth every dollar. Lisa is the tech for my treatments and she is so comfortable to be with and makes everything quick and easy. I drive an hour and a half to come here and they never disappoint.

Vera the laser tech at aqua laser studio is amazing! She’s good at what she does and is professional with clients. She doesn’t make it awkward. The business itself has great deals and is very clean and reliable. Great results! Worth the groupon deal

I've been seeing Lisa for photofacial (IPL) treatments at Aqua for the past 6 months. So glad I did- She's extremely caring. I've tried numerous aestheticians in the area and she's the only one who has followed up on my results personally. But the main reason I keep coming back is that Lisa is attentive to what my skin needs, and always goes the extra mile with the procedure.

Aqua Laser studio instituted a new policy to charge all customers $50 to cover the cost of their medical director. They are refusing to honor the remaining services on my prepaid package unless I pay their *NEW* fee. I attempted to contact management and have had no response. I would be happy to pay the *NEW* fee for any new service, but not for something I already paid for. This is not the way to treat loyal customers.

This place is awesome! It's very clean, pricing is reasonable and Dreya is great. She calms you right down and always makes sure you are as comfortable as possible! I would highly recommend it. Every time I have gone I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back and the waiting room is very nice and comfortable. Also, my results have been awesome! This place is so great that I've convinced my husband to come as well!
