We cringed at the original quote to have someone come out to find a leak but feel we really got a great value. They checked the entire system and continue to test after finding the leak which was quickly fixed. Our person, Joe, was very knowledgeable and shared information about our pool and system above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them back should we have any other pool issues.can’t say enough.

They were able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Perform complete diagnostics of equipment and plumbing and structure inspection. Found and patched the leak around the skimmer. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

Had Aqua Leak out to our home to fix a leak in our pool, and and about a month later, was still having a little bit of an issue. They came out no charge and found another little leak and fixed it and it has been great ever since. I would very much recommend them.

I called and set up a appointment for a Monday, took the day off so I could be at the house. They call me Monday morning to tell me that they have to cancel due to a personal issue with the technician. They reschedule me for Saturday but cannot give me a time when they will be there. So I asked if it could be late afternoon and they said yes. Then the technician calls me at 10: 00 in the morning asking to come over and do the work in the middle of a graduation party. I suggest unless you have all day to sit around your house don't bother with this company. I'm out a days worth of work and still have a leak in my pool.

I believe the technicians name was Ryan, he was at a pool in north fort myers that I service weekly replacing the skimmer today and he was super informative and answered all questions I had as the pool tech that cares for the pool. He was professional and kept a smile on his face the entire time, which isn’t always easy with customers and pool techs asking you questions while your trying to get a job done! Definitely a guy to keep on your team!

I am having my pool resurfaced and hired Aqua Leak to test for any leaks that may need to be fixed. They were prompt with scheduling, showed up on time and wrote out a professional summary of issues found and their recommendations of what was needed to resolve the problems.

Aqua Leak Detection was able to schedule an appointment in only a couple of business days. Once there they not only detected the leaks (there were two) they were able to repair them during the same visit, charging only their standard inspection fee. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Aqua Leak was very responsive to our situation. They were on time, identified the problem and had a remedy. I would always use them to resolve any pool leak issue.

Really happy with Aqua leak! I had used them a few years ago and they did an excellent job of fixing a leak in one of the intake jets. I called them again recently to see if they could fix a hole in my Diamond bright pool but unfortunately they were not able to do this the hole was too large and they recommended I called a swimming pool company. The staff are really nice and I would not hesitate to call them out again if I have should have any other problem with my pool.
