I purchased a two person hot tub. It developed blisters. I requested it be fixed. I told to repair it any time as it would be empty and they could access it. It was empty for months. They kept requesting that talk with them to set a time. I said that any time worked. They stopped responding and now it has at least 20 blisters and is still under warranty.
I gave two stars because they did replace a faulty control in a timely manner. I love the hot tub but i will be forced to pay for repair that should have been addressed by thee company.

There are a lot of jacuzzi manufacturer companies out there and certainly lots of options. But for me, I've have two great experiences with Aqua Living. My first was a few years ago when I bought my first jacuzzi. It was so easy to use and maintain, I knew I could never live without one again! After I moved, it was time to purchase my next one. It started with our salesman Mark, who was so thorough with all the different spas and their features. The deliver team, lead by Ron did an amazing job getting the tub into our lanai. Mark is a great guy to work with. Our hot tub is beautiful. I love the sound system and the lightS. I do wish we upgraded to the filtering system for our dr wellness as we do use quite a few chemicals. I like the color and equipment. We are very impressed with the spa and customer service is wonderful.
