Nightmare.
Salesman talked a big game how he was turning the reviews around and boy did he disappoint. They tried to bring me a cracked hot tub and said they would bring another one quickly. I called 10 times and they would promise to call me back when it was coming. Three months later no call at all. Eventually I had to charge it back and they still never called me to rectify lol what a joke

This store and it's employers are wonderful.
I should have picked Aqua pool the first time I had pool trouble. I picked another place and got scammed out of $5,500.save yourself time and money and pick Aqua Pools first

What a great experience I had with Aqua Pool & Patio. I needed a skimmer replaced. No one else could do it or they wanted to replace my pools gunite surface also. Their pricing was spot on and cheaper then this closest competitor. Had to work around the rain but that wasn't a problem. Respectful and quiet workers. Even with a jackhammer. Kept the gate closed so my dogs wouldn't get out. They were done in 3 days concrete set and all. My pool is happily running as it should. No more losing 300+ gallons a day. Thank you so much.

We've used them for years and found them informative and helpful; HOWEVER, for the last three years (pre-COVID), their service has dropped off considerably, with service delayed by weeks to months or calls going unanswered altogether.

I can no longer recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Called to have circulation pump checked, was told it would be about a week. Two days later, technician call, said he was on the way. Job was almost complete when I arrived 30 minutes later. Technician was friendly, and knew what he was talking about.

I give them 2 stars only because they do a nice job w/ the pool, but billing and f/u leaves a lot to be desired. In 2021 what company only as the capability to send paper statements and does not do autopay? We use them because no one else comes out to where we live.

To be fair after Sally the pool was a mess, and they did clean it up well without totally redoing it. I give them that.

They are trash! Giving out dates and not sticking to them having the employees call customers or deal with the ones they don't want to because they're being mad they haven't heard anything back from anyone after leaving multiple voice mails or sending many email and calling soooo many times still don't hear back or get the run around. They're terrible people to work for and to hire. They're soooo unorganized it's unreal. They're childish and inconsistent and I would not recommend.

I worked here so it's definitely pertaining to the company when an employee talks about how bad the serves are. I take pride in my work. Maybe yall should do the same.

Great customer service before and after the sale! Would not purchase pool equipment/supplies from anyone else!

I use this place for work every time I place my order I have exactly what I need by the next business day and they are very professional and kind and if they don't have it they can get it so if you want to keep your pool sparkly and always ready to swim in this is the place you need to get with to make sure that that happens

Put a deposit on a pool liner in February 4th and after months of calling and asking when I was going to be scheduled, I get a call on may 4th saying it’s going to be two additional months. Avoid this company.

My family and I have used them for decades. The service by the technicians was very good. I missed a couple mailed bills. Instead of calling, which they have done in the past for several reasons over the years, they cancelled my contract, offered to enter a new one at a higher rate, and said they put a lien on the property. First, having a lien placed takes more in legal fees than I owed (which has already been payed). Don't say you placed a lien without actually doing so. Secondly, I called and left a voicemail with no response from them. I did really like the employees that serviced the pool, but management does not treat customers well, especially considering we've been customers for about 30 years.

Aqua Pool and every employee that has worked on my pool are so professional, honest and concerned with property pool management, that no one else will touch my pool.

I value their advice and recommendations and have no doubt at all that they will always do the best for me and my pool. That includes the pool maintenance workers as well as the administrative staff.

Every time I have a pool problem they are the best! Great service today; I drove over with a parts issue and they told me how to fix it for free (DIY).
