Aqua Tech Marine, Palm Bay FL

My husband and ran into trolling motor problems while in Florida. We called Aquatech and Josh and his great technicians had us back fishing on the Headwaters within an hour. Glad that there are business still around that go the extra mile for the customers. Great group of guys. Recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Thanks Josh.

Company leaves keys in boats while in storage. WHEN, your boat gets vandalized, owner won't even bother to call you to let you know. All you will get is, "o well, call your insurance, and o yea, here's a bill with a 300 percent increase over quote". Even after payment company will hold your boat hostage. Don't expect to pay with anything other than cash or they will accuse you of fraud. Rob could care less about his customers. We have credible information that this was an inside job. If you want to have your boat that you worked so hard for stolen, this is your place!

I only dealt with Josh but He was beyond great! Awesome communication. Great advice. Just a genuine and honest person. Everything he told us about our boat was true. We drove over 17 hours from Minnesota, and we will make that drive every time we need a boat, just so we can deal with Josh.

This business is the best. Josh helped me all the way through the process of building my boat just exactly like I wanted it. He was very patient with me when I kept changing stuff on the boat. The owner, Rob was also very helpful and courteous. Even taking the boat to the water to get it propped right when it came over propped. I will buy all of my boats from them going forward. Great process. Great customer service.

These guys are awesome! I bought a used boat from them awhile back and have put lots of fish in it. I came to Sebastián on vacation and my first day there my lower unit went out my fault not there's I gave Josh a call the next morning they took me right in and had me back on the water by lunch they went above and beyond for me and saved my vacation thank you guys so much!

Josh at Aqua Tech Marine was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable, responsive, professional and helpful. He's a very down to earth person, not your typical pushy salesman. We would recommend him and this company to everyone we know, anytime. He water tested our boat for us to be sure everything was in working order. He spoke with the bank to move financing along quicker. He even called us the day after we took it out for the first time to be sure we were happy. Upon pickup he walked us through every feature of the boat and continuously told us to call or text him with any questions we may think of after we left. I have had nothing but problems since I had a normal basic service done at aqua tech. First when I put it in reverse it was grinding real bad. They fixed that when I took it back but now it’s overheating at idle, like it already needs a new water pump. They just replaced the pump just four boat trips ago. I’m not a happy or satisfied customer. I’m going to take it somewhere else and see what they see is the problem now. Update: I had another Marina take a look at the overheating problem. The impeller inside is trashed and the gasket is torn. Aqua tech installed the impeller.

These guys are absolutely clueless and borderline con artists. If you don’t want your outboard to be ruined do not bring your boat here. A boat dropped off for scheduled maintenance that’s never had any problems and it’s had problems the 3 times we’ve been able to take it out since and they claim to have no responsibility. I would be very cautious about letting them even replace a bow light.

Great customer service. After a bad experience somewhere else, Josh was able to get us the boat we wanted with everything we asked for. He was great from beginning to end… He had all the documents ready and was very detailed explaining everything to us. It was a great experience overall. Totally recommend!
