The design experience was top notch. The pool turned out perfect. The advice was great. The construction was very well done and we love our pool.

The warranty experience with Leon was first rate. Leon is very responsive and a delight to work with. He is professional, effective and knows his stuff!
He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a very positive experience and makes your satisfaction a priority.

Had issues with pool pump not working, water not filtering. Called them for help. Despite several desperate attempts, didn’t hear back from them till almost a week later. They told us were no longer on their warranty, (we would have paid for a service visit) but they left us hanging and directed us to another company / which didn’t get back to us for another few days, and didn’t have an appointment available for another week. Meanwhile clean, beautiful pool is turning green! Can’t use it.by the time someone gets out here our pool will probably need to be shocked to bring it back, did not want all these extra chemicals in our pool! Also. Planned ruined to use the pool for Valentine’s Day,

I have been really happy with the pool overall. Their service is first class if you ever have an issue or just use them for routine weekly maintenance. Very pleased with them

Aragon Pools installed our pool at the Esplanade in Naples Florida. They did an outstanding job and were super responsive to all of my inquiries. Warranty issues were promptly addressed. I would like to make a special mention about Israel Emory and Leon Rodriguez. These guys are exactly who concerned pool owners want to deal with. They are an asset. The crews were clean, professional and respectful. I can't stand contractors who become non responsive and lax after they get your money. Aragon is definitely not one of those companies! I highly recommend Aragon.

Just had our design meeting with Leonel at aragon pools. 100% happy with the process and the final design/price. He used an awesome design program to show us exactly what our pool would look like and made great suggestions to improve our design without blowing our budget. We checked into the quality of Aragon's pool builds and heard nothing but good things. Very satisfied.

I had an excellent experience working with Leon in warranty and the pavers team regarding a repair to my pool deck in a Pulte Community. Leon and team were responsive, fair and ahead of schedule with the repair. Thank you.

I had a problem with my salt chlorinator. I got the run around from everyone except Leon at Aragon. He recognized the problem and solved it right away. Thanks to Leon for listening and taking action! Leon is an example of Aragon satanding behind their customers.

I have a builder installed pool by Aragon in 2016.
Whenever I have a problem about operating the inside panel (I am not very computer literate) for the pool, I would call Leon at Aragon. He is always so helpful in walking me through the menu to turn on or off, the system I needed, (heat, spa, etc.). Leon is always courteous and supportive, and I really appreciate the service.

I purchased a new home in ICP community in 2015. My pool was put in by Aragon who did all the pools in my community. A year ago I noticed a leak in the water wall feature (8ft.high four channels of flowing water)
I have been contacting Aragon since late 2018. There is no warranty anymore. I was told they "do not come in to service pools after the year warranty is up". They built a waterfall feature wall that has no access to the plumbing. I have had other contractors come to give estimates
to repairing this problem. I should not have to spend $20,000 to repair
a water wall. This pool cost me $80,000 five years ago. I can not believe that this company does not care and does not stand by their product.

I think this Company is poorly run, customer service is appalling,
and they never call you back. They take no pride in their product or their workmanship. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I am very seriously considering taking them to court. If when my
new contractor takes the wall apart to see wherein lies the problem
I will make my decision. If it is shoddy workmanship I will.

And get this. I called and requested construction drawings of my pool. (They have built this same pool at the Plumeria Model home and several other homes in my community) I was told that they do not give out drawings. I asked them if they don't want to fix it for me, why would they not help me to at least show the new company where the pipes are and how the water feature works. Perhaps this could have saved in some of the demolition that will be required.

Please note that I was only able to speak to customer Service once, they sent an Aragon Representative who said that it was just a grout problem and that I should find someone to fix the grout. After consulting with other contractors they explained that it was a major leak problem within the interior wall plumbing. I called Aragon 4 more times trying to get a copy of the original engineering schematic drawings which the new contractor needed. After three times of never getting a call back I called a forth time asking to speak to Jamie Fiddler the owner was told he was not in the office and to leave a message for him regarding my need.
Again, never got a call back. I finally was able to get a copy of the original engineering drawing from the county records office.

We have been calling for weeks without a call back. Apparently they have all the business they can handle. Don’t spend time calling them! A previous comment by Mr Harrison gave them 5 stars. I wonder if he is an employee?

The construction of the pool itself was well done even though the l.e. D.lights weren't wired up. When we called to ask about this and their complimentary "pool school" we were dismissively directed to online tutorials (given the COVID-19 situation as the reason).
Oddly enough a different pool service company was in the neighborhood and gave a us a gratuitous review on how to care for the pool, pump, filter etc.
THEN this morning Aragon calls wanting to sell us a pool maintenance service. It struck me as odd that they wouldn't honor basic requests for help but then had the nerve to want to sell us "services". I would avoid these people as they appear to be self serving only.

In my personal experience with Aragon, I feel we've received:

1) a pool with inferior quality (in our case, among other things, we have plumbing and/or a waterfall) that is apparently leaking from within the concrete and causing seepage from behind our tiles. It's going to cost us thousands to repair because their warranty was only one short year and our pool is about 1.5 years old.

2) incredibly terrible service (they repeatedly refuse to answer emails or take an unbelievably long time to get back to you.it's feels like they just don't care once they have your money)

3) terrible attitude from their staff and people that I feel don't stand behind their product.

Our builder Pulte contracted with Aragon so we used them. If I had to do it over, I would have hired another pool company and paid $10,000 more for another company that I feel is reputable.

I would never in a million years recommend Aragon to anyone looking for a quality pool and peace of mind.

These are my honest personal opinions based on a terrible year and a half of dealing with them.

The pool quality has been fantastic; the responsiveness of the service area however is terrible. In attempts to speak with anyone in their service area (multiple times) over the past four years has proven challenging at best, and though directed to leave a message, never a return call is received. Very poor client service after the pool is purchased and installed.

We have built several pools with Aragon and although our pools get smaller the price is ridiculously higher. They do not value repeat clients and simply say well our costs increase even if you got a better deal on a larger pool with us just 2 years ago. Even as we designed the pool the numbers inputted were arbitrary and ridiculous, changing frequently dependent on where else they needed to "make up" where we were attempting to cut costs.

We have had some warranty issues. Though overall the experience has been very good. The staff is prompt and very helpful.
