Arbor Bay Tree Service, Tampa FL

Crew did a great job. They brought enough manpower to knock an extensive job out in a thorough and efficient manner. Cleanup was great. You would never know there was a tree job done except for the freshly pruned trees. We are good for a few seasons. I highly recommend their service.

I got multiple quotes for a large infected live oak that needed to be taken down close to my home. This company had the best customer service and most reasonable price. I would choose this company again and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic crew. Came prepared and meant business. Trimmed two huge oaks which are precariously located above the pool and the house. The tree climber was right out of James bond movie. Just amazing. Cleaned up everything after the job was done. I could tell they take pride and ownership in what they do which is rarety nowadays.

I haven't had my trees serviced yet but wanted to write a review anyway because the customer service has been exceptional already. I was referred to this company by my friend Candace (her review is below) and am so glad. Susan was my first point of contact and she is just one of those humans who changes the entire cadence of your day, not just whatever concerns you have related to your trees. Her sunny disposition put me at ease from the second we spoke, and she was quick to escalate my more "complex" tree issue to Mike for further consult. Mike called me personally to better understand the issue and upon realizing it was potentially tricky, took time out of his schedule to come all the way to my house and assess the situation himself. I feel confident their team is going to do a great job cleaning up a tree that's concerning me.

The crew, headed by Josh, showed up on time and did an amazing job on our oaks and elm trees. All waste was removed and all the men on the crew took great care of both mine and our neighbor’s property, which they needed access to in order to raise the canopies.

Mike and his team did a wonderful job trimming a couple of Oaks on my property. After the initial site visit and tree service, Mike followed up with a phone call to address any questions or concerns. Overall I was impressed with the professional service that was provided by Arbor Bay.

They are extremely professional, worked hard to squeeze us in with tight deadlines for what we needed done for our pool, and have always gone above and beyond. I had 2 oaks in my yard that were extremely hollow and degraded. Mike came out and evaluated the trees and was very knowledgeable and thorough on his recommendation of what his thoughts were on the stability and risks of the trees. He wrote up a proposal and presented it to me in a very timely manner. There was no pressure on my response time. The proposal was the best estimate by far. Exceptional experience on the removal and stump grinding of a 42” diameter oak. From the initial site visit and quote by Michael (owner) to the site cleanup Arbor Bay delivered. Susan kept me informed regarding the schedule and permit. On site lead, Austin was a wizard with maneuvering equipment to assure there was no damage to my Zoysia turf lawn. Arbor Bay has the team and equipment to get the job done right, on time and at a very competitive price. I will have them back for some tree trimming in the near future.

I recently had some trees cut down in my backyard, and was in need of some stump grinding. The company that I used did not offer stump grinding as part of their services yet referred me to Mike with Arbor Bay. Mike came out and was very professional. He provided me with his estimate which to me seemed very fair for the task at hand. I accepted his proposal and the work commenced. His employee showed up at my house when he said they would be there. And honestly did an outstanding job of removing all my stumps without leaving a trace that there had ever been trees there at all. I have absolutely no problems recommending Arbor Bay to anyone who wants a job done right!

Left debris behind blocking walkways for days. Overcut Palms. Supposedly returned after homeowners already cleaned up. Didn't complete the job and refused to rectify.

Great company to work with. Mike Marciniak very professional came in and assess our great grandfather tree sent us a proposal and scheduled us. Joe and his crew came in and did everything so quickly, trimmed trees, took down vines and cleaned up. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Most definitely would use them again!
