Arborist Action Professional Tree Service, New Smyrna Beach FL

I got a quote from these guys yesterday to remove a huge oak tree right in front of my house. The price they gave me was great and they came out at 8 AM the next day and were finished cutting this tree down and removing everything within three hours. My yard looks great and they cleaned up every branch! The owner and the crew are super nice, answered all of my questions. We are very happy with their service, and I would definitely recommend them!

Just had our 200 year old Live Oak trimmed today. Eric came out yesterday when I called to see and quote the job. I wanted the canopy raised and all downward branches cut off.
This morning the crew showed up with two climbers, Dalton and Nick, each took a side of the tree and didn't stop till the job was done. Fantastic, the whole tree was done in two hours and I couldn't be happier. An hour later the truck came and took everything away. Before and after pics below.

These guys did a wonderful job. The whole crew put in all their efforts, worked well as a team. Stihles was key in organizing and completely kept me informed every step of the way. Ontime, Professional, friendly. Took down 4 huge trees that have been terrifying me for years. I feel much safer now with them gone. Yes I had some ruts in the drive, as expected, these are heavy machines. Homeowners this is only part of the job, you are responsible to have someone come in after they are done and go over your drive and fix it yourself. The Price Quote Does Not Include Landscaping.

Had a very good experience last week with this tree service. Mike and the team arrived promptly at the specifed time. The team was very efficient and made good time removing a dead raintree and rotted oak tree. They did an excellant job of cleaning up the debris before they left. Mike the Fields Operation Manager was very professional and communicated with us from start to end. The pricing was very reasonable against other quotes that we received. Highly recommend and will be using their services again as needed.

The crew was professional, safe, and courteous of the surrounding property. They took a large tree down from our front yard safely and didn’t leave any debris behind.

Incredibly impressed with Arborist Action. The got my large sweet gum removed, left a nice branch for my puppy to chew on and ground the stump. Both times they cleaned up the area nicely. Payment was quick and easy. They answered all my questions and were happy to give me additional landscaping advice. Once I can no longer take care of my oak myself, I'll be giving them a call.

I highly recommend Arborist Action Professional Tree Service. I put my home in their hands, when I hired them to remove my neighbors tree that had fallen during Hurricane Ian, and came through my roof, attic, and out into the ceiling of my kitchen.

Using a crane, they carefully, with precision, lifted the tree from my roof, piece by piece, to insure that the weight of this very large tree didn't do any more structural damage, than it had already done.

Chris treated me with kindness and concern, and his crew was magnificent. They cut the entire tree and sat it out by the road for FEMA to pick up, and they also removed most of the debris from the storm from my front yard.

I'm glad I put my home in their hands, and recommend them highly. They are a family-owned business, and they treated my family like we were a part of their family.

Contacted Chris about a couple of palm trees I needed removed. Set a date and time for the estimate. They were going to be late, but called in plenty of time to let me know, so no issue. Chris came out and looked at the area, pointed out of couple things that could come up with the locations of the trees and gave us an extremely fair estimate.
The crew showed up on time and got started right away. Very professional and courteous. Finished the job quickly and cleaned up all of the debris from the area.

We recently used Arborist Action to help clear up some overgrown trees in our back yard and remove a dangerous unhealthy tree at our back fence. They did a great job. Chris was super knowledgeable at the initial consultation. He listened to our concerns and made great suggestions about how to clean up the area without sacrificing all of our coverage. The crew that did the removal were polite, professional and efficient. It seemed like no time at all before they were done. Mark came out a few days later to do the stump grinding. He also was incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We're so excited for the change their work has made in our back yard. Photos include before and after

Arborist Action took down a total of 5 BIG trees and trimmed several others. When performing such a large job there will inevitably be some issues. We had issues with sprinkler heads and lines breaking, as well as tire tracks through the yard. When I talked to Andy about these issues he took care of them 100%. Because of said issues I was going to give him 4 stars, but because he took care of them, I will give him 5. The tire tracks were the biggest issue, but within a year you couldn't tell they were even there. Andy is a good guy and I truely believe he has his customers' interest in mind.

We received superior professional service, from an excellent team (the "Central Crew"), and quality work.
We had 3 tall trees and a 30ft x 30ft pepper tree removal. The team had to maneuver around our fence, other trees, and our house. They were all attentive, careful, and genuinely a very good group of experts. They were nothing but honest with their time, they kept in touch with us, they worked very hard, and got everything done and cleaned up in less than 2 hours.

We highly recommend Arborist Action and the amazing "Central Crew". These guys know what they are doing; we had a great experience.

Overall generally satisfied. One large tree and several smaller trees removed and several others with substantial trim and prune. Workers were efficient. Stump grinding happened a few days later. I was disappointed that significant piles of stump grindings were not removed. "Haul debris" is highlighted twice in the contract but "we do not remove stump grindings" is in the fine print.
