Arby's, Orange Park FL

Quick stop to hold me over for dinner, originally just to get the snack shake, ended up with small fry, and slider also. Slider not worth the $1.00 price meat was about 1/4 the rest all bread and meat (chicken) was over fried and hard

Great service, fresh food. Lobby is open.

Edit: They have discontinued potato cakes as of 7/12/2021, so I won't be eating here in the future.

1. Didnt the sauce I requested and my dd was guaranteed it was in the bag (he couldn’t check because the safety sticker).
2. Didn’t get the cheese I PAID for.
3. The curly fries are SO dry and hard, it hurts to chew
4. As seen in the picture, there was BARELY any cheese in the sandwich.
5. The person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY Unprofessional when answering the phone.

I will never order from there again. Especially when having to pay extra because it was a dd order.

All the staff are always friendly and amazing and food is always super dope. Definitely would recommend.

Ordered a market fresh turkey bacon ranch meal with loaded curly fries. My receipt shows everything I ordered to a "T" I asked for no onions no tomatoes they gave me no cheese no bacon with tomato and onions loaded curly fries had just cheese sauce on them no ranch and no bacon. I am highly disappointed. I'm at work so it's not like I can just go and order a new one.

Long wait time in the drive thru. The sandwich's had very meat, kind of disappointed for Arby's. Usually a great place with a great variety of menu items to choose from. They just need to step it up to the next level.

Gyros were good.

Service was fair hindered by their lame audio system.

Apparently their staff is incapable of differentiating between an apple turnover and a cherry turnover.this is a constant in their service faux pas.

Great service, I had a coupon and forgot to give it to them, but my order was correct with discount applied.
Being of good faith I will return and give them the coupon I forgot to give them.

One of the best arbys in the area if u love sweet tea and something to fill you up heres the place to go

Most of the time my food is perfect but occasionally I have had where I have gotten twice cooked potatoe cakes and I have stomach problems SO when I receive the food prepared like that I have to throw it away and that does make me angry.

I hadn't been in years, because I've been trying to cut down on fast food. However, the meal was amazing and brought back great memories.

As far as I'm concerned Arby's serves OMG food! Always delicious, never leave hungry. Reasonable Prices Highly Recommend due to the value of the food.

I was responsible for dinner this night, needed something that everyone would agree to and to avoid any complaining. Right on RB's we get it.

This is the BEST Arbys. Service with a smile everytime, hot fresh food, just as ordered. Clean dining area and restrooms.

Wrong order when ordered in the drive through.took 15 minutes to get the food.drove out of parking lot to find I had the wrong order.went back and parked with kids in tow I went in.took another 5 minutes (with no line) to get someone's attention.and then the lady manager was rude and unapologetic.never did get my large curly fries.wont be going back any time soon as this is not typical.

Food was good manager was a little off-putting. As I offered some money to get an extra melted cheese on my Arby's melt, he openly stated to his coworker "to just do it, I don't want to deal with it right now"

Arby's has now removed the Angus beef sandwiches from the menu. Problem is they kept the same combo number and same name of sandwich and just removed the words Angus beef.

I was there yesterday and never experienced a worse dining experience. I listened to a young lady get yelled at and called names for a while and when I asked the cashier what her name was i was told she was a manager i believe her name was verna, very bad management skills, if a employee needs to be told something then she or he should be pulled to the side and explained to what he or she is doing wrong. Being yelled at in front of everyone you work with and customers is embarrassing and just plain rude! I hope that poor girls day got better.

Whoever is planning on eating here please don’t eat here! I found a big piece of hair in my child chicken slider & also i’ve seen bugs in the lobby the managers & workers are really rude they have attitudes for no reason I
