Arby's, Brooksville FL

Order was wrong, had to go back. Fries were missing and other fries not fully cooked. After getting replacement of fries and missing fries still mushy inside.

Always good eats
Especially love when they have their 2 for $6 gyros. They are really good!
And of course the potato cakes. AWESOME!

I got a roast beef sandwich, root beer float and fries. The fries and the float were good, the sandwich was near tasteless. Not like the Arbys of years ago.

Fries were not hot nor fresh. My favorite fries out of fast food places. I was disappointed.
I wanted the orange cream shake to try too but it was down, it was near closing but it's okay just wanted hot fries at least.

Ordered the fish sandwich. Very disappointed. NO OTHER RESTAURANT I know changes there signature sandwich. Arbys did cheap imitation sandwich.was so disappointed I will never buy another thing from Arby's again sad to say. I would also like to add location is on rt 19 hudson.between fox hollow and 52 horrible. I also would like to add in addition to having such terrible meals which were 6 in total all were tossed in garbage did not bother to go back to get Imitations again.

This is the first time since I have been coming to this Arby's that I have had an ugly experience. First of the order taker was not nice at all never said anything and then the potato cakes were horrible like they have been there for hours. Very bad

They were under staff. The only one there that knew what they was doing was the manager. I give her props.they gave me my order that was all messed up. Had to go up and get a new order at that point in time the drive-thru was shut down couldn't get a receipt no paper in the machine. The sodas all tasted nasty couldn't even drink them.

Terrible food. My roast beef looked like it was spoiled. I throw away my food and money. My daughter had a salad she couldn't eat either. Terrible service.

Was very disappointed this time the whole order was yuck the drive up was fast 4 burned chicken sandwich's 1chicken warp no sauce covered in sauce 2 gyros yogurt sauce on the side nope that too was wrong covered in sauce sorry one star this time just read the tickets $15.00 an hour come on and this is why

The Arby's on Cortez/50 in Brooksville Fl was absolutely horrible.we were in the neighborhood and my daughter was telling me about their delicious crispy chicken sandwich so this Arby's was closer than the one she usually goes to.so we stopped in and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal.what we got was discusting! I had NEVER returned food before but had no choice.the chicken patty was flat, burnt to a crisp and so hard and dried out there was no way I was going to eat that.went back up to the counter and the girl Manager said " oh I'm switching out the oil tomorrow". Then she suggested the ROASTED chicken sandwich.so we got those, they were much better looking but the curly fries we got were also cold and limp and greasy! I should have switched those out too but didn't! Just look at the photo's.terrible to pay 23.00

Clean, fast service, hot food and tasty. Gyro had plenty of meat and toppings. Beef and cheddar the same. Two for $6 bucks was a great deal. We will be back.

New Makeover. Looks Nice*. Staff is friendly, and if your nice they may go the Xtra mile 4U.
(ie. I had a signed receipt w/A note, from another store, that for reasons beyond their control, they kud not remedy my problem w/my order. Ucan't getA refund if the electric goes out. The other store told me I could havit fixt @NE store, guess they were wrong, sum Arby's are franchise, not corporate. But that didn't stop the manager HERE from fixing it, w/sum pleading on my part.)
Eat in or out, the food is great. Just stay away from the "Sliders", unless you LOVE salt, I think it's the cheese.
(* Personally, the white tile reminds me of a restroom, but mayB that's just me.)

Great day with friends. We went to Arby's and we had a great time. They gave me the wrong sandwich, but quickly fixed it. They were wearing face diapers, but we won't hold it against them

Very well courteous and don't mess around getting the order filled very clean I must say I work in food processing for almost 25 years and the restaurant is very clean five star in itself

This place has been consistent good lately and the "happy hour" or whatever it is deal with the sliders are great. They are pretty good quality for a dollar, esp when some places hardly have a dollar menu anymore

Fast service, good food. Usually when you go into a fast food restaurant the employees stand around and goof off, Not here! From when I came in till I left they were all busy. Fry Guy was none stop. Sandwich Artist was fast but also took her time and did not mess up any sandwiches which is Huge! The usual of "no matter where you go you always get wrong food", Not here! Food comes out right the 1st time. I just wish that all Arby's have turnovers all day, they run out too fast and have none left for the evening so when you order dinner, there's no turnovers to go with it. So sad

Meal was ok. Salad was good and fresh, but the French Dip didn't have much flavor. Curly fries were hot. Service was fast. Bathroom had just been cleaned.

Good service. Never have to wait on order. Always gets order correct. BEST on CORTRZ (Hwy # 50) The ARBY'S on Hwy # 19 been there 4 times always messed up my order. Won't go back.

Feels strange to compliment a Roast Beef Sandwich store on their fish sandwich, but I will do it. It was hot, crunchy, plenty of lettuce, and tartare sauce. It was delicious. I am a happy guy when it becomes available. And the manager was very nice. I mad ed a mistake ordering, she personally took care of it. Thanks!

I used to love their foods. But now I eat vegetarian foods n thay don't have any besides french fries. So as much as I loved their food, unless thay have some vegan foods. I won't be back. Sorry
