WIFE AND I DRIVE 11 MILES TO GO TO THIS ARBY'S. WE LOVE THE CLASSIC ROAST BEEF. THANK GOD THIS IS A COMPANY OWN STORE. FRANCHISES ARE $$$?

I just want to say every time I’ve been here, the staff is SUPER friendly. I’ve never had better drive through service than here. Give them raises!

Best REAL chicken nuggets of all take out! Real, moist chicken.perfect breading. A must try for yourself

Service is bad. My wife and I decided that we are not eating there anymore because every time we go over there they always mess up our order or they give me my order and also someone else's order. This place use to be a good place but I guess they have new staff and they lack on service.

So I went to drive thru on a Sunday night and got no greeting at the menu board. Waited 5 minutes with 4 cars now behind me. Horns are honking, but what can I do?
So now I just pull up to the window. An older lady sees me but she is packing up food and doesn't come over to the window. The guy behind me pulls up and screams out are they closed? No! I see someone. Kid you not another 5 minutes pass when finally another employee, think it was the manager opens the window. I tell her no one answered the board so I pulled up anyways. Not a word, not an apology. When it was all said and done not a thank you. You might have the meats, but you don't have customer service.

I revisited this restaurant the other day it went through the drive-thru and waited when I got up to my turn they said we're not serving roast beef today. The sign says Arby's roast beef. I tried to ask the lady why she was quite curved so I left. I get supplied problems but maybe if the lines long go out there and tell people sit and wait for no reason and try not to have a bad attitude I wasn't rude y'all

Went there at 3: 00pm on 11/28. Ordered at the drive through and was told they didn’t have Roast Beef. They are known for one thing, it’s like Dunkin not having coffee or donuts.

Sandwich was cold after I was looking for a warm meal, fries too and everything else that came with order.

The wrapper on my sandwich had a white cloudy liquid all over it as if it were made in a puddle of melted vanilla milk shake, so gross. Crinkle fries had zero salt. Get it together please because these things are pathetic.

Nothing beats a classic Roast Beef Sandwich! I also love their Mozzarella Sticks and for the first time in a while my order was cooked perfectly.not under or over cooked.and I got all that stretchy cheesy goodness you expect!

They got EVERYTHING right. The store was spotless, the staff was super friendly. My food was fresh, and they laughed at my lame jokes. I'll be back. Especially since it's not far from home.

I don’t like the fact that I have been to this location twice now, and both times were after 10 pm and my food was ice cold, my fries were cardboard hard and cold like really. If you close at 11pm CLOSE AT 11pm do not do that to people when they spend their hard earned money times are too hard. I don’t like it and I don’t appreciate it at all. If I was driving I would have definitely went back to get my money back. I won’t put the cashier name out but the next time you work til 11 make sure if you take a order you make the order HOTTTT! Closing is 11pm not 10: 17 per receipt.

Workers were pleasant. This review is strictly about the food I ordered. I tried the new prime rib cheese steak. I dined in btw. Sandwich was quite wet, hardly any meat at all mostly veggies, very sour taste, almost like a vinegar, quality of meat was horrible, highly doubt it was prime rib. Roll was mushy too. I got curly fries with it. They were like potato chips, crispy over cooked like they were sitting around not fresh at all. I was there around 2pm btw. Washed this down with a DrP. Wasn’t satisfied with the $11 meal I ordered so I ordered more food, this time I tried 4 pc PREMIUM nuggets and a cookie. Cookie was good as I expected but the PREMIUM NUGGETS…I bit into one and spit out right away. Here’s a pic of their PREMIUM NUGGETS. I probably will ghost Arbys for about 6-12 mos. My advice, stick to what u know when u order, don’t try new things as this can happen to u as well. $14 down the drain for lunch today.

Had the New Steak, Cheese, Onion n Peppers Sandwich. Delicious. Place is clean Staff was friendly. Food is good

Don't get me wrong, I love arbys, but I probably won't return to this specific location. I found hard plastic bits in my food, it hurt my teeth to crunch down into it. I'm not sure what happened for plastic bits to end up in my food, but that's a serious hazard. I hope they find the source of this issue and sort that out quickly.
