16Clean and the staff are always friendly and upbeat. The steakhouse burger is not all it is cracked up to be, gyro was pretty good.
I love Arby’s but this location is horrible with their inventory. They never EVER have turkey. I have worked in fast food so I know how inventory works. Soooo if you want turkey ketchup or anything you actually want this Arbys is not for you. Their employees also just do NOT care about customers at all.
The service was excellent and quick. The food was great. This is mine and my dog Roxy's favorite fast food
Went in this location at 4: 35pm on 09/26/22.2 workers behind the counter with headsets on didn't even acknowledge that my wife and I were standing there. There was one car in the drive thru. Stood there a few minutes and left. Unbelievable level of service. Will not go back to the Chipley location.
Food was good but it qas freezing inside! Bathroom floor was coveredin something slippery.
Don't get chicken fingers from Arby's. Chicken fingers so thin and hard. I felt it was a waste of my money.
I picked up four classic Arby's, handmade Shake and it fed me and the grandchild with a classic leftover my pic for fast food
Fish was not so good very small and fish was very cool not cooked to order the curly fries as well
Came through 30 minutes before closing and tried to order 1 item. A medium milkshake. To have the person at the intercoms raise their voice at and me and tell me the ice cream machine is down and they’re about to close. I’ve worked food service, I completely understand how it is. If your equipment is down great no problem, if you just don’t feel like making it Because it’s late okay sure understandable just say that. But for you to raise your voice at me over a milkshake, really? Immediately called to speak to the manager just to realize the rude person at the intercom was the manager. Was told “I don’t know who you think you’re talking to” and then hung up on me. I have never dealt with someone so disrespectful. If you are that miserable in your position it’s time to find a new one. I have never had anything bad to say about chipley Arby’s but all it takes is one person to make an entire location look bad. Remember that.
They didn't have the steak house burger. So I ordered 4 of the 2 for 6 regular roast beef. For people that advertise we got the Meat. These sandwiches were pitiful. My daughter said her Greek gyro was good which is the reason for the 3 stars
The heavy set blonde headedmanager Is awful and we won't be back. My husband and I went in ordered food with large drinks, and he wanted the peach lemonade. So when we asked FOR IT they said oh its a seperate charge and nowhere on the sign does it say that, very misleading, so then the cashier was gonna charge us extra which was fine and the blonde manager hollered at the cashier and said ABSOLUTELY not in those big cups, all the while why not making eye contact with us with her arms propped behind her back leaning against the counter where the food comes out AND her hair touching it. It was very embarrassing for the cashier and no way to treat us customers. LEARN HOW TO MANAGE AND PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS COST MORE AT THE LEMONADE SIGN. AND KEEP YOUR NASTY HAIR AWAY FROM THE FOOD.

One of only a few places in chipley that I can eat & not get sick.
The manager of the store seems nice food was amazing and I've been back many times yummm. The employees seemed to be having a good time as well it looked like:)
Staff was very friendly, food on the other hand was not very good at all, my son got the chicken nuggets and wouldn't even eat them he said it tasted very weird
Hospitality Service SUCKS! Tables dirty. Dining room area no napkins and could really use a cleaning! I've been in this line of work before and restaurants should be inviting and most of all clean. Needless to say the staff that waited or should I say Rudely took our order needs to be put on Trash Duty.
They ok i have no complaints on them. Other than make sure u mention Arby sauce or u might not get it.
