Arby's, Gulf Breeze FL

The staff was courteous and friendly and we received our food hot and our shakes were shaky. ;)

My order was taken in the drive thru by a very pleasant lady. This is always a good way to start I ordered the fish strips meal. The nice lady hands me my drink and ask me to pull forward. No problem. Got home, 1 mile away and sat down to eat immediately. The fish is good for what it is and I would certainly order it again but the crinkle fries were not even warm and seemed to be not too fresh. Fries are important All in all not a bad experience but let's work on the fry situation

Before Ashanti's arrival, the service was sporadic, at best. Since then, and the introduction of the Fish Stix, the service and Team has been phenomenal every time!

Always enjoy visiting my local Arbys for a great Roast Beef, Brisket, wraps, gyros with speedy service and fresh hot food.

The food at any Arby's as far as im concerned is just ok but we went through real quick the other day for a bite after the zoo and the woman working the drive through was so nice and friendly. As far as I could tell she was the only one in there working too. Just brought joy to my day to have such a friendly conversation with someone at a place I would never expect awesome service.

Been here a dozen times since moving here. They are always welcoming to me. The food personally has been spot on and delicious. This is my experience though.

Happy hour prices have changed and even though I specifically asked i wasn't told until after I ordered. Server was rude.

Food was good and hot and fresh, the fries didnt taste so good. Tasted old, they wete hot, just didnt taste very good

The Arby's in Gulf Breeze has great food and great customer service. My family and I are very very satisfied with everything we've gotten from there. Keep up the good work guys. And thanks again.

New Waygu burger was horrible. Stick to overly processed, injected sliced meats. At least those esandwiches aren't terrible.

We have driven there twice to eat and they closed early at 4pm? Whatever the excuse not going back!

Food here be bussin. Greek gyro was awesome! I had them remake the fries because they were cold, but they were cool about it.

The lady at the drive threw didn't know the special's they had for that week like the 2 for $6 dollars she told me that the gyro's we're regular price but lucky for me I had a coupon in my car

What is a real shame is no way to go inside and eat, so tired of eating in my car. The restrictions are lifted in Florida so how about opening your dining rooms back up!

Got my order wrong was really rude lady at the window rolled he eyes at me was not fun and they where hella slow like we where the only car in the line and they still messed up the order….

Ordered 2 meals w 2 small shakes, and a side small coke and mozzarella stick. Get to the window and only have one fry. With a very long line I politely bring it to their attention. They send a manager to the window to tell me the lady taking my order substituted mozzarella sticks. Why? I didn’t ask for substitutions. Both manager and woman taking my order were rude. She said I would have to pay for a small fry, but the cost of that doesn’t equal out. Rather than make everyone wait on me while they voided/refunded the bill and put it in correctly I left…. I paid $30…. Skip this Arby’s! Ps my small milkshakes were not even full!

I didn't go to Arby's yesterday I went today got a lamb sandwich really good anyway since I get to say something here I'll say we need to get rid of Biden we don't need him as a president he's the worst president I have ever seen in my whole life and I'm 73 years old

The order taker acted like she didn’t want to be there. When I got to the window the girl practically threw the bag at me and didn’t say thank you or have a nice day nothing. I asked for bbq sauce and got one for 4 sandwiches. Very rude and unprofessional.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker to order and barely to speak my first item I heard the girl in the speaker say “Oh my god”. Not sure what you thought I was doing at the drive thru if I wasn’t about to order food. Don’t work in fast food if you’re gunna be upset you actually have to do your job.
