Arby's, Fort Myers FL

Only drive thru is open. Customer service is very lacking. Food was lukewarm even though we went through a drive-through.

I was having an extremally difficult day on Friday, April 28th and went through the drive-thru around 4pm. The drive-thru lady really lifted my spirits. I can't thank her enough. You never know how your interactions affects others. Thank you for your kindness.

Placed mobile order for pickup. Food was ready quickly and correct. Very friendly service!

I am not a fan of Arby's, but my friend likes it, and we went to have a bit. I can say the brisket sandwich was testy, I liked it.

Believe it or not the rueban is actually a good sandwich good rye bread and corn beef and the orange cream shake is awesome

I've been to this Arby's before, and it was great. This time, the roast beef was overcooked and dry, and we had to wait much longer than the other times even though there was a lot less customers.

Good Arby's location. I have had cold ajus served to me once and today they left it off my order. I asked the worker for it and she hands me cheese sauce then I said no its ajus and she handed me arbys sauce. I had to explain it comes in a cup and with a signature sandwich. My only complaint about this location is the temperature of the ajus it is not hot and now a side is over $1.50.

My boyfriend and I drove passed the Arby’s they were closed and then we got back out of McDonald’s then noticed they were open BS….

Great service and everything was fresh, hot and delicious! I even treated myself to a jamocha shake. Soooo good

So I'm having cravings right? My coworker advised me not to order from here, but despite her warning I did. I ordered a French DIP sandwich that didn't come with the dip. It's literally in the name. My mac and cheese was COLD, and disgusting. They forgot my sauce to dip my fries in. I'm bamboozled. Arby's. Come on ya'll. Out here ruining my whole day. I literally spent over $20 on this order and now my time having to complain. Do better.

Had a great French and curly fries for lunch, it was hot and fresh. Thank you for the good food and customer service. Also, the restaurant was clean! Thanks for that!

Ordered a combo and loaded Mac and cheese. I received a sandwich drink no fries (so not a combo) also I got loaded French fries instead of Mac and cheese. If the girl would just stop talking and listen to people's orders she wouldn't have a problem.

The staff was funny and friendly, but we ordered "a French Dip" and were given no sauce to dip it in. We also ordered 3 "Beef & Cheddars" and weren't asked if we wanted any sauce at all for anything in our order. We had gone through the drive-through so we had to pull into the parking lot, get out and go inside to get both the French dip sauce, as well as the horsey and Arby's sauce that we wanted for our sandwiches.

They also need to hire more staff. We went at about 11: 30 am and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through when there were only 4 cars in front of us.

The fastest fast food in this area. Clean establishment the night shift manager runs a good shift.

This has nothing to do with the food, but I’m done with Arby’s. The hours are all over the place. I have gone there at least 3 different times and each time they were closed. What restaurant closes at 4: 00 on a Saturday? After fighting traffic to find it was closed was sad. This was a special request from someone in the hospital who said the only thing that sounded good was a roast beef sandwich. Thanks Arby’s for the years of good sandwiches, but Fort Myers locations (more than one has disappointed me) I’m moving on.

It's Arby's. One of my favorite fast food places. I think the manager was working the drive thru (possibly short handed), but I was still in and out very quickly. She was also very nice to speak to.

The perfect spot for breakfast down home southern cooking for the smiles light up the room and the food fill your belly you never go away hungry fried Chicken is out of this world Emma or Donna always want to smile great service eat there all the time

The employees are the most unprofessional group I have encountered in a very long time. I will never visited this location ever again.

Best drive-through experience ever. Jackie is witty and wonderful and very very knowledgeable.
