Arby's, Pensacola FL

Mixed feelings.
Went through the drive thru - women who helped us was very nice and sweet so service was great!
But we ordered almost $35 worth of food.for it ALL to be cold and OLD.
It sucks when you spend that much money for food not to be any where near worth the money you spent.
I also never recieved a receipt. =[

My order was wrong, this made the 2nd time. The food was sloppy and the bun was hard. I was so disappointed because there was no pride put in the order. If you expect a job ANY JOB you should give 100% to it. And do it as if you were preparing it for yourself. It will be a while before I give them another chance.

With so many bad fast food restaurants these days, ARBYS always has great service at this location. The staff are hard workers and dependable.

Nice people and good food. Try to order something that is made fresh or ask for fresh roast beef. Sometimes the buns will be dried out a little but never had a bad meal from here

I was greeted with a smile. My order was taken and received quickly. The seating area was clean.

Eat lunch inside here ever other day.super super clean! All employees very friendly and helpful.food was hot.always! Tried the new "rib" sandwich and holly wow was it delicious.big chunks if meat (the real meat) - Love this location.

Ordered 2 of the new prime rib sandwiches. Not worth the price. The meat is hard to distinguish as meat. The meat and peppers and cheese come in trays they microwave and dump in between the roll sides. Watery and Yuckey!

The food was excellent! The drive through service is not a friendly place. Kacey was not very communicative. I had to ask for my receipt and she didn't appear to be interested. If you want customers to be nice, put nice employees on the front lines to address your customers needs.

Arbys is great, if YOUR okay with paying prices JUST like at a Sitdown/inside STEAK HOLogan's. We always get the same two Value meals. A Rueben, med. FF, & Lrg. Chocolate shake, and ME the Roast beef (1lb), med. FF, Lrg. Specialty shake no whipped cream. And he has to have the lrg Jalapeno poppers.
Pre-Pandemic $26? , BUT Now, Post-Pandemic, $35. +tax? Which this is a Splurge. And by the way they frown upon CASH because it just now, HUH? Passes germs WT? MONEY be it Coins or Paper bills has always since the 1st TIME someone ever handed it to another. Has passed germs. Arbys just wants an excuse to charge even MORE Fee's on food that's getting progressively less on the bun.

Rude attitudes. This store had a 5 star but poor quality attitudes has greatly changed my view on this specific store.

Trash customer service I should have before they closed and they ignored me and drive through

Chicken sandwich was so hard that I thought I would break my teeth on it. Cashier kindly changed it. The Arby's roast beef was a bun and meat. Tasteless. My advice.don't. Just don't. Won't waste my money again.

We tired the new burger, and it was over cooked or old. We probably won't go back there again for burgers. Very disappointing.

My first time in Arby's in a minute. I had the much touted Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese. It was good.

I would consider Arby's to be a higher end quality food in the consideration that it's still fast food. The sandwich bread is never soggy. They serve the best Jalapeno Poppers compared to all of the fast food joints that I have been to. The Jalapeno Poppers are the green peppers with cream cheese; never too greasy.

My children really enjoy their white macaroni and cheese special that is seasonal; here in Pensacola, FL. There is seasonal chicken (sandwich/ or salad) served with grapes and nuts during the summer that even my picky husband is willing to share with me.

Good fast food. French dip & Swiss with au jus is comparable to most sit-down restaurants.

We asked for our fish sandwiches to be cooked fresh they did it plus they made our sides cooked fresh also.great customer service. My Husband and I we don't mind waiting for fresh food. And it was definetly cooked fresh. Thank you Arby's you made Our Friday night extra special. The person at the window was super nice. I should have gotten his name but I did not. He was one of the nicest people ever. With prices of everything going up it's nice to get quality food for a fair price. Great job Arby's on 98 in Pensacola.
