19This location closes the drive thru and stops serving food all together HOURS before the posted store business hours. They do this so they don't have to stay behind and clean/prep for the next day. They want to be able to leave as soon as they close the lobby, so to make this happen they literally just stop serving food an hour or two before they close. If you go inside during business hours and try to order after discovering they closed the drive thru on you, they will tell you they are not serving anything and they don't have any food so you leave. I'm sure corporate could take a look at their sharp decrease in sales after a certain time everyday.
Closed at least 30 minutes early. Didn't put up any signs. Kinda a bummer on a Friday night. A sign at drive thru or counter would have been nice
Getting better, seems like the staff is new which is a plus, the food was very good the crinkle fries were fresh. Customer service was great.
This Arby's has went downhill in the last few months. It's always an issue. From the soda machine being "down", the drive through being updated, to people simply not taking your order. Tonight I sat at the order screen for 10 minutes and no one responded until I said um. Hello and now I am waiting for my food for another 20 min.
I Will never get tired of their food.
Also the ranch and Buffalo chicken sandwich is amazinggggggg
Horrible! The fish taste like the freezer. Then they served it on a Hawaiian roll. The garlic steak sandwich taste and look like the hot pocket Philly steak and cheese meat cold fries. Just awful please do better
Had a make it right order from another store. This store did an awesome job and was very nice about it. The customer service agent and the manager were nice, helpful, and had great customer service skills.
Went in with granddaughter she wanted their fish sandwich I asked about their burger he checks to make sure they have one and he asked if I wanted to be bacon so when it comes out I end up with a half a cup of onions cheese tomato lots of mayo no bacon whatsoever and burnt I take it back up asked what happened to this $12 burger and he asked if I wanted to be remade and I said yes and he comes back and says hey we don't have bacon I said okay I was kind of expecting it to get a reduced charge but nothing just a remade burger which would have cost me $4 across the street I won't be ordering a burger from Arby's ever again I did have a nice time because I was with my granddaughter because we wanted to eat at Dairy Queen right next door inside to it, after we had her dinner that was nice.
Just spoke with the manager and she was rude about the money I spent and refused fix my order.
The woman named Kendra that works hear is such a sweetheart. I will be returning just because of her. She needs a raise.
Now I know why it wasn't busy at lunch time. The curly fries were a joke, not one curly fries or even one more than 1" long. The Rueben was almost all bread with a little meat and not to mention the worst weakest iced tea in the South. I would have liked to give them minus * it's a shame.
Hearing what the order is doesn't seem to be a strong suit at this drivethru location. Both orders were wrong.: (. But the food was hot and yummy, just wish it was right in drivethru.
Always either rude staff or wrong order. I love arbys but I'm not going to this location anymore. Also last visit I was charged $10 for my order and I had another charge of $3 that hasnt gone away yet so that is sketchy.
Terrible rude employees! Will never be back! I own a restaurant and my employees would never speak to a customer like that! Simply asked twice for some salt and ketchup then when my order was ready I just said excuse me ma'am there is salt and ketchup in the bag? Just want to double check for my daughter. Then she rudely said you didn't ask for none and rolled her eyes. That was just one of the issue's.
I went today after work. The employyees were a behind with orders, which is understandable on a friday. I had no problems with the mame manager. My problem was that the employees under him would not listen to him and he had to run back to male lemonade, and other things. Why would the employees he asked to make lemonade help him out?
If the lazy, loud female worker under him was to get fired everything would go better. Head up manager. Get new employees. Things will get better.
My favorite is the beef and cheddar sandwich. The sandwiches and wraps are good as are the apple turnovers. I saw they have a wagyu burger now.

4 pickles is not EXTRA pickles and I could do without the attitude considering the ONLY thing I asked for on my burger was pickles. You are rude.
First of all, this place was so slow that the front counter was littered with unhappy people, one of them filming the guy in back SLOWLY assembling the food and even more slowly wrapping it. Second off, the food was ice cold and you guys owe me 25$. Third, please discontinue the wagyu burger. It's awful. You aren't ready to enter the arena of the king of sandwiches, lad. In the post apocalyptic future, Arby's will be remembered as something. Not, a restaurant, but something.
Nice clean dining room service was awesome and the new Wagyu burger is in my opinion is the best fast food burger
