Great Remodel! Unfortunately the evening staff working tonight Saturday, October 30th have failed. Upon arriving this evening @ 9: 45pm (they close at midnight mind you) multiple employees were standing outside smoking and joking. No big deal, maybe the entire shift was on break at once. The issue I run into is the fact that they crew said the drive through was closed and there servers were down. So I decided to call the store and the GM said that was misinformation, I turned around and went back and yet again the employees told me they were closed. Apparently whatever they were doing besides working was more important. So I called the same number and the same response was given. This time (3rd time) we received a different result. We placed our order which was sent out to us wrong and decided not to make an issue of it. I am very appreciative of out service industry, unfortunately service such as this is unacceptable and definitely unfortunate.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my order to be taken when I was the only person in line. The food came out quickly and the order was accurate. Three other people had order accuracy issues.

I've consistently been underwhelmed with this arbys, it's been where I grab my lunch on Sundays before football. I've had stale buns, flat beverages, and zero sauces in the bag even after requesting extra for my sandwiches cause 1 per sandwich just isn't enough (especially for a double). Today I got the triple whammy, I pulled off into a parking spot to go inside and the front door was locked. With 5 cars in the drive through I simply didn't want to wait to complain to someone who just doesn't seem to care. Going to drive further to a different store from now on and hope for improvement.

Oh my gosh! Haven't had Arby's in more 20 years and it was fantastic. The space was clean, the crew friendly, and the price specials were awesome. Will return.

10/19/21.9: 30 pm, fryers are down. Nothing fried? What fast food does this? I understand no help, but come on.close earlier if you can't server people! And No receipt paper? Oh, and the last 5 times, no shake machine either! Always down for cleaning! Wasn't even asking tonight! Definitely last trip to any Arby's!

There late shift on Sunday were rude and conveniently stopped making their new steak sandwich early. They use the excuse that they ran out at 10: 15 pm. I know because I conveniently know someone who works their. He doesn't work on that shift. Never again will I go there.

Just bit into a relatively large piece of plastic in my food and almost choked. Corporate needs to improve quality control at this location.

I was told System is down.at 10: 33pm. But yet I pull up and they take my cash to give me food. Something sketchy going on here. I asked for a receipt and they said they don’t have printer paper to give me a receipt! Got the food but not receipt! Check your staff Arby’s!

Great place if you like RUDE staff and cold food, and to be overcharged for things you did not order. Will never be back. Worst Arby's I've ever been to.

The girl with long blonde hair working the drive through did an amazing job you could tell she was stressed out probably understaffed but she did a great job and kept her composure kudos she needs a raise

Tried the new prime rib steak and cheese today at this location. It was good. Point of this review is to commend Brandon B.at the counter. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Did not have to repeat myself, he was fast and courteous. I got it to go and before I even finished getting my drink it was ready. Give that young man a raise!

I ordered seafoods and wait for them to deliver to my home but I waited more than an hours.so I called them where's my food for delivery? But no one answered. I taze them and they say they don't have a deliver person next by place! Please order from different seafood companies. Sorry!
I think this is not right!? It is lite I don't want to order again.

Completely unprofessional I believe the managers name there is Ashley or she’s an employee at the front fixing the orders. Ashley is rude she doesn’t greet customer and throws the bag at you when she’s done. Avoid this Arbys at all costs.

French Dip on stale bread, cold and no Au Jus, Roast Beef on stale bread, cold and no requested sauces. Fries cold, 1/3 full box. Third chance I gave this store. Must be horribly managed as it consistently sucks.

So the up front staff was great really nice and attentive and the food was fresh though the roast beef was too thick as I as a former assistant at arbys mosaic establishment. However the back line person had the sanitizer bucket on top where he was making sandwiches, on top of that he then afterwards proceeds to get lettuce and fill up the line without any gloves on! Where was the manger during all this? Outside arguing with some guy.this is just unacceptable from my standards of how an arbys establishment should run. You need to reevaluate your store at this location, I’m sure corporate would not be happy.

Went through the drive through to grab a quick bite to eat, usually I have to wait at Arby’s. This experience was different, since we were there before the lunch rush hour nobody was ahead of us! We ordered and paid. As we drove away I noticed the order was wrong, no problem pulling around again and they quickly fixed the issue. The young lady at the drive up window was very pleasant and accommodating 5 stars for her only gave 4 because of the mix up!

They did the best they could to accommodate me, unfortunately the jamocha machine was down but they sent me a coke that never got here, it's ok tho. I appreciate them

My roast beef sandwich was cold my crinkle fries i feed to the local bird/ rat population because they were also ice cold and my root beer was flat. Overall not a good experience.i did eat my sandwich do to the fact that i was starving but the rest got dumped. Thanks.
