Arby's, Lehigh Acres FL

Me and my husband got food here. Unfortunately they didn't have the poppers at the time in but that was fine. The food was pretty good we got chicken nuggies. My husband loved everything I loved my mozerella sticks.

Staff was kind 5/5 would go again. Also orange cream is yummy

What the heck is going on with Arby’s? They are never open…. The time I did go about 3 weeks ago, I waited in a line of about 10 vehicles, at 8: 50 they turned the lights off with cars still waving to order and pickup. I drove up to order and was told they were short staffed so the mgr told them to close early. What happened to; I’m sorry we are short staffed and running behind but we will get to you ASAP. Because of liberals giving money away employees are in demand at all fast food businesses but they stay open! Arby’s mgmt needs to be replaced or their benefits package needs to be reviewed. They are closed tonight after promising regular hours last Friday.

Very pleased their food is fresh and hot and the amount of food you get is worth the money, the workers are very polite and friendly no snobs like in other places in Lehigh i will be going back again 4 sure The Roast beef is awesome and the Gyros are the same

This has got to be the slowest Arby's I've ever been to and to cheat the drive-thru times they have cars park and wait for food

Went in at 9: 15 and the store was already CLOSED. Even though they are supposed to close at 10. This happens all the time!

Went through the drive thru. The line was busy. The staff kept it moving and no mistakes on my meal. Win win for fast food.

Great french dips & delicious curly fries plus they've got orange cream shakes right now, you gotta treat yourself to one. Jodi

Absolutely horrible. I not only recieved the wrong order but when I brought it to their attention they were upset towards me and made me feel like an inconvenience. Then when I recieved the correct order it had horseradish sauce on it when I asked for no horseradish sauce due to being allergic.

How can a place, with drive thru only, have such complications to have the drive thru line almost touch from end to end? The dining room is closed and I've been in the drive thru line for a half hour.

The food was off we got it to go and we leave in cape so we was already to far to come back but its usually pretty good but today all the meat tasted sour even the frys was nasty

Had to wait 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for my sandwiches and they give me the wrong sandwiches so I had to go back not very good service

Was here last week for a week of vacation with 3 others. We got take out both times. Food is legit, and BOMB mode! Really tasty and sabroso!

Took forever in their drive thru. Only 2 cars were ahead of me. But. The young man at the window was WONDERFUL. VERY KIND

The service was really slow waited in drive thru for over 30 mins for my order then the order wasn't even correct had to take the food back and wait another 15mins for them to correct the order then the food was cold this was the worst experience ever not worth going back again for slow service and horrible food

Ordered creamy chicken wrap through the drive through today (9.38PM, Aug18,2020). The tortilla is hard, old and stale. Taste bad. Even the chicken is hard inside. Called to complain. They said the cant do anything now! Still waiting no body contacted me! I complained at the company website aswell.

I went through the drive through today and the woman working at the drive thru was very nice and polite while taking my order. Very professional

Tonight my husband went to Arby’s on homestead in Lehigh, the sandwich bin was over flowing, order taker couldn’t get order right to save anyone’s life, after waiting over an hour for our food, he was only given half of the order, can’t get ahold of anyone at the store! Normally the weekday staff are amazing, but tonight, wow is all I can say and not in a good way! My advice want your order in full, stay away from this location
