14I was the only one in line and it still took almost 20 minutes to put my order together. They waited to cook the fries until the sandwich was done and sat getting cold. Then gave me the wrong fries. Service is slow and poor.
The food is good. Sometimes sloppy in appearance. The floors inside the restaurant are constantly sticky. Like every step you take, you feel stuck to the floor. The Downside is service.
Last visit, I ordered a combo, and the woman handed me a drink that was overflowing onto the lid. When handing me the drink, she tilted the cup so the drink would pour onto my door and arm. She then proceeded to just stare at me while I was shocked and suck her teeth when I asked for napkins.
Employees literally can not take a order in the drive thru and hand you a bag with what you ordered in it. 4 different trips weeks apart all same result. Ordered 1 roast beef, 3 beef n cheddar's. Got ALL plain roast beef. I've never in my life wrote a bad review. But sense fast food is no longer cheap.expectations rise.the bate minimum.ya know what's ordered.
I love Arby's but the last two times the service hasn't been great Last week I ordered a cheddar and roast beef combo there was no cheddar cheese on my sandwich. Yesterday 5/22/23 I order crinkle fries but I received the cajun fries. No good Arbys
Great Arby's! Sliced the roast beef thin like it's suppose to be. Fast and friendly. Took my mobile coupon without even thinking about it!
I asked for regular roast Beef, did not want cheese so of course there was cheese on it and the sandwich was really sloppy, manager's should really be up on their employees! 2nd time my order was wrong
The employees were friendly. However, the dining chairs had crumbs, and the tables were sticky. The restroom floor was also sticky. The sandwiches had very little meat. We were disappointed, to say the least.
First they gave me the wrong fries. So i had to go through the drive-thru twice. Then they gave me the crinkle fries that I wanted. But they were not cooked properly tasted cold as well. I wasted my money on two fries. The worst Arby's I ever had.
Was never the biggest arby's fan, but once they got the gyros in, it became my Goto for arby's. Not the most amazing gyro but great for eatting something besides a burger or sandwich. Never had to wait too long either.
We went to the drive thru and order our food, unfortunately it was not up to par. A follow up call in the morning was AWESOME. Spoke with Jinny, the manager and she made everything right-every place has an off night. Not only did the manager refund our money but also replaced our order with fresh, hot delish food. She was outstanding! We would highly recommend this Arby's.
This Arby's employees have no pride in their work my fries were mixed and tasted like s***the bread on my sliders was soggy y'all need to train your employees like Chick-fil-A
We had lunch on Sunday February 19. I got a iced tea which I used half sweet and half unsweetened tea. Well I ended dumping my drink out 3 times then gave up because I kept getting black pieces and some brown clumps in my glass. That is so nasty. I think they need to clean their containers I think that was mold and gunk from the container because it hasn't been cleaned properly which is a real health hazard.
Used the drive-thru. The food was hot, the fries were fresh and the service was thorough including all sauces requested, nothing missing as we drove away.
My mom and i went to this arby’s last night.the employee apparently hated her job.she was really rude at the box in the drive thru.gave my mom and i a resting face, never gave us customer service, after she gave us our food.tried asking her for some other sauces, but she slammed the drive thru window door on us and proceeded to watch us drive away after she slammed it.
