17 Bummed I didn’t get the name of the manager on duty, but dude knows what he’s doing.
BOH was wrapped up with some massive online order, as places get from time to time. I wasn’t too worried about the wait for my food, but the manager apologized and offered to rectify the situation as he saw fit.
A few minutes later, I had a bag full of hot, fresh food.
The entire staff was nothing but polite and welcoming, everyone greeted me with a smile.
Y’all keep up the good work!
Love Arby's haven't found one that doesn't do it right except they all give apple turnovers when you order cherry.
The food had been sitting in the " warmer" probably since lunch. The sandwich was terrible. I'll never eat there again. I wouldn't recommend anything on the menu. Where is the manager?
Drive thru. Slow and sandwiches were literally slopped together. All sauces were on the wrapper. Won't return.
Two stars because the drive through employees were nice. Would give zero for the food though. Waited roughly 15 min and started as the only one in line. Fries were burnt to a crisp and the roast beef seemed as if they had defrosted it under a heat lamp or in a microwave prior to putting it on my sandwich. It was gummy, soggy in the bottom bun, and was crisp around the edges. I had my husband return the sandwich and fries for a refund and they decided to not refund me for my 2 dollar drink lol. After all that and having to turn around/drive back to return it, you'd think the drink could've just been on the house.
The chicken nuggets and jalapeño poppers keep me going back. They changed the chicken tenders though and they aren’t good anymore.
The young gentleman at the counter was very professional and took my order today around 12: 00pm. He accidentally gave my my to-go order to another customer, as he received mine. We both took our meals to our cars and returned them to the store. At that point the female manager yelled at him and said the next mistake would come out of his paycheck. He was young and seemed bewildered. I promptly told her that her statement was illegal. Her comment back was, "I can't do that? ". I replied that is is against the law. She responded with a condescending remark and smirk, "Have a nice day Sir"
My beef and cheddar had very little beef and even less cheddar than it usually does. It was disappointing.
For the money you pay here you'd like to get what you order and hot and good. Not the wrong order, drink flat, cold mozzarella sticks, no marinara. Will not go back for that price and no sense in calling and dealing with people who don't want to work.
Worst experience ever. No adult management. Kid made the worst sandwich in history and had the nerve to stair me and my wife down like he wanted to fight. The shift manager said the cook was having a bad day and he’s going through some stuff. Wow! Terrible service, terrible leadership. Who is the owner? I bet they would be disgusted with how the store is being ran. Nothing against youth but the shift manager does not have the experience to run that store. He himself had headphones on continuously asking “ what did you say” at the drive through. Awful.
This place is amazing! Sky came on as a manager and boy this place has turned around for the better! The food came out amazing. They were so eager to get your order just right. The restaurant was nice and clean. I will be back soon!
The manager Sky is amazing! I have some dietary restrictions due to health and she won't above and beyond to make sure my food was perfect. Customer service is number one with them!
I’ve never had a good experience at this arbys their customer service is terrible especially the manager sky, she’s always yelling at her employees even infront of customers which is very unprofessional and I’ve noticed most of the employees don’t even work they’re always sitting outside while 3 of the main employees are working their butt off. They’re very unsanitary they don’t wear hairnets found hair in my chicken slider and the time i went in there I saw them doing food with no gloves. Their lobby is always dirty and the workers just have the worst attitude it’s disgusting don’t recommend one star rating
I went for the French dip and they did not have the aujus sauce. So I got the prime rib and specifically asked for the garlic ailoi on the side. We waited for a few minutes, which is ok if my food was hot and correct. My food was cold and the garlic ailoi on both sandwiches. The prome rib sandwich was not but fat. Tried calling several times and no one picked up. Very disappointed.
I love this Arby's; it's quickly becoming my go to over any other fast food establishment. Love the Poppers and Sliders and the French Dip.
We had a funny & silly welcome from a cute hungry BIRD in line at the drive-through window. He was waiting for his order but didn't have a car or money! Lol
We just picked up food through the drive through. The sandwiches were soggy and cheese was everywhere so you couldn’t hold the sandwiches. The fries were cold. Very disappointing for dinner and it is not cheap either.
