Arby's, Lamont FL

What a friendly staff! The cashier (Larisha) and the gal (Brianna) who gave me my to go order were so kind and made sure to update me that my meal was coming up. Great place to stop on a long journey

Stood at counter of empty store for 5 minutes while 3 employees talked about the cost of their hair weaves and ignored me. Finally left. They didn’t notice.

It varies from time to time service some of the people are nice some of them are just doing their job.

I don't know who is working the drive through right now; but she is doing a great job! So friendly and inviting. She also gave a great recommendation for the orange cream milkshake! Definitely will be back 1010

They were very busy inside and the drive thru. They did an awesome job and food was great and hot. Great team working here including the boss running the front register.

Slowest Arby's in Florida! Literally took 40 minutes to get a sandwich, chicken nuggets and a shake. Then when I got back in line and asked for my food, the guy says he called the order out, which he did not? !? I was standing at the counter the whole time. They never took my name either. Then act like it's my fault, to get food that was ordered 35 minutes ago. What a joke for a place that's supposed to be in the food service industry! I will not ever go back there, ever again.

Is it Arby's policy to make customers feel unwelcome or is it just this store? It's not just once, it's been for like 6 months. No napkins. No sauce. When I went back for some I was treated like how dare I request condiment. I was nice as can be and treated like the plague.

Wouldn't take my order at drive-thru, claiming the system was too slow and asked me to come inside to order. Keep in mind that both the drive thru and lobby had no line/customers at this time. They could have just as easily taken my order and rang my up on the front register from the drive-thru but unfortunately was too lazy to do so. Unacceptable.

Well for probably the 9th or 10th time, I stopped at Arby's exit 225 off of I-10 on my way back from dropping my son off. I always get a beef and cheddar and a classic roast beef. There is a sign on the interstate that I actually took a picture of for proof. It says 2 for $6 mix and match Arby's exit 225. Every time I order at the drive thru and ask for it, they normally say that's not on sale now or we have the 2 for $7. But today was special. The lady told me that sale was not at this exit. Wow! What a croc! Completely false advertising not to mention the extra money I've spent because I like Arby's and it's really a shame! Change your billboard or honor what you have up there. Jay

We stop by Arby's order a fish sandwich the fries was hot the drink was great. The fish was cold after biting in to the sandwich.

I'm giving them a higher score then I really wanted to on this visit. Usually scores 4-5, but came in a shift change. Food was not hot and they forgot I was even at the window.

Very nice experience. Plenty of seating & very clean lobby as well as restrooms. The folks working were friendly and even though several people were ahead of us the food came quickly, was fresh & neatly wrapped. This location is attached to a gas station with a nice sized convenience store with fuel & Plenty of souvenirs as well as an isle with car care items. Easy on off the interstate for large campers or trailers with overnight parking & a tesla charging area.

Rudest drive thru attendant in the history of my life! There are 2 other drive thrus in close proximity, I suggest people go there and avoid the horrible and rude customer service we received today. Being short staffed is better than having staff that drives people away.
