Arby's, Bartow FL

We ordered our food and sat for 30 mins watching people order, eat and leave. We finally asked and they said they lost our order. Asked for a refund and that took 5 more minutes. Worst Arby's we have ever experienced. Never again!

We eat here often and have never had a bad experience. We do go inside, so we can not speak to what issues may or may not occur at the drive-thru window. Service has always been good and no issues with the food.

I wanted to purchase fish, they had big photo advertising fish dinner on the window, when I ordered it, they said they did not have any fish and probably took the sign down. Very frustrating.

Rudest people. Tried to order in the drive thru. Short. Snippy attitude. No matter what I ordered.she said they didn't have it. Coke.classic roast beef.sweet tea.everything she answered was were out of it.

Arbis is a good place for brisket sandwiches, chicken tender, mozzarella stick and Jalapeño popers

This Arby's is way to slow.nobody in line behind me and adk me to move to a parking spot that I waited over 25 min for my food and it still came out wrong.so now I had to go back through to let them know my order wasn't right. That's ridiculous for fast food service qith no line. Need new management apparently.will never have a good business with it being ran that way

I just ordered crinkle fries and usually they are the bomb but tonight they taste 3 days old. I called them and the problem was fixed but I had to drive back. I thank you guys for fixing it.

Clean food is great had to wait because they just opened but that was understandable employees were nice

Young lady at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Both of the ladies were friendly and polite. Food tasted good and being in the middle of nowhere essentially, and at a truck stop, given this experience, I'd stop here again on my way to my pick up/delivery again. Thanks!

Ok it's a convenience store. My wife and I stop here when we travel from the East to West Coast of FL. It's Arby's so food is good, but even better in the middle of nowhere!

I only got to enjoy the drink. Got the meal and couldn't eat it. The fries tasted like they put the whole bag in it. My burger was not cooked all the way. Three was an charm for me.

On a road trip from Palm Beach County to Clearwater Beach beach. This one was quick, the girl taking our order was polite and the food was good.

Service was awful. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes while employees just kinda stood around. We were the only people in line and no one in the drive through. Food was okay and it was in a gas station so atmosphere can only be so good.

I really wish they would clean up
In the back there is food all over the place, where the lettuce is and other condiments it is wide open with flys around it.

The tables are always dirty as well.
Service is ok good is ok just need to clean up makes me not wanna eat here. Need to do better cleaning we trust them with our food and seeing this is not good.

I used to think that Arby's turkey sandwiches were excellent. Now, there is only one choice and it has about half the turkey and very iffy flavor. But it's nowhere near as bad as the chicken sandwich. Only Wendy's makes a worse chicken sandwich.

This was my first experience at an Arby's and it was great because the food was good and the service was fast and the convenience of the attached gas station made it all better

Mixed with a gas station. Cold hard buns. Food was sloppy. Only served half a box of fries.

I went to the drive-through here at arby's yesterday. Service was fast and efficient. Food was very good. I got the beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries.
